We have used Hancock Heating And Air Conditioning for the last 32 years! I would not switch to another company. They have installed and maintained the boiler and the separate AC unit over the years. We had a new AC system installed yesterday and the Team came on time, performed the removal and installation of the units with minimum disturbance and were very efficient and courteous. The boiler maintenance technician and the office team and colleagues are terrific, always there to answer your questions and to schedule appointments. I highly recommend Hancock Heating And Air Conditioning
Hancock Heating And Air Conditioning company has consistently been available, punctual, and occasionally early. The service technicians have been courteous and friendly to my family. That does, in fact, affect me differently. With minimal trouble or fuss, Mark changed the batteries, set the thermostat's time, and finished the task. Would fully work with this firm again!!

Horrible Customer Service!!! This place seems to be a scam!! Guy shows up quotes "Yep this will be $5200 for New Central Air System. Not providing estimated invoice, No follow up with customer. This was very unusual. Very unprofessional!! I've called 5 tomes trying to obtain a copy of what was estimated, I am getting the full run around!! Trying to get a estimate in writing. I'm baffled as to how this place received the reviews they have with the level of service Provided.

My furnace broke yesterday in the morning. Called Hancock Heating And Air Conditioning and they came out the same morning to take measurements for a new furnace which was installed today. Mike was great to work with and the two service guys he came with were also very nice. I would definitely call Hancock Heating And Air Conditioning again.
