If you have a problem with your a/c and you don't call Dean from Butler heating and cooling you're making a mistake. On time, honest, friendly and most importantly he doesn't try to upsell you. He even showed me how to clean my unit and gave me a free thermostat. Can't say enough about this company
We had a problem with our air conditioner at our store! Came the same day we called in the rain and got the problem fixed! 100% recommend any day!! Excellent service!

I called 2 times, early in a.m., but didn't leave message. I received a call and owner stated he was sorry he missed my call. That is exceptional customer service. They squeezed us in same day for repair. When arriving in early evening was still very pleasant. I would recommed Butler to anyone needing service, repair or replacement!

I just had a furnace and air conditioning installed from Butler Heating and Air Conditioning. I was totally pleased with their service. I received excellent service and the workers were very pleasant and professional. After getting several quotes their price was the best. I strongly recommend this company for any heating and air conditioning needs.
Family owned business. Very straight forward on pricing. Personable and was on time. They were very helpful in getting us scheduled asap for an AC tuneup. Luckily we had Butler come check out our AC and a part that was ready to go out was replaced before it went out in the middle of summertime. We would highly recommend this company.
Dean and his team were an amazing crew. They were a well coordinated, efficient, and nice. We found his service through our local Facebook page after being highly reviewed from another job. Butler Heating and Air Conditioning is a company out to stay alive. They charge a price so they can make a living but it’s more of a deal for the client. They took the time to talk to us, ask us our opinion, and ensure we were well educated with our new AC and Furnace. I would highly recommend their service to anyone who was looking

I woke up to a cold house and talking through it with a family member he said "Your gonna have to call a Heating/Cooling company because I just don't know." I started calculating how much I could afford if it wasn't fixable and stressing. I went to High School with Dean and his wife so I thought of them right away. Dean fit me into his busy day after having me try a couple things, replaced a switch and didn't charge me. He said it was a simple quick fix and to give him a good review so here it is!!! You're a blessing Dean Butler and I'm grateful for you.

Found out we had a carbon monoxide leak in our furnace during the middle of the night. I called Butler Heating and Air the following morning and Dean met us for an inspection. He replaced our furnace the next day. He was very upfront with costs and worked within our budget. Dean is an honest and dependable person. I am extremely grateful to Dean and his team.

Dean gave us exceptional service in getting us going with heat until he could replace our old furnace. He gave us an estimate, a day for install and completed the job in a very professional manner! His prices were good, his integrity is top notch, he was very informative as to what was needed,and how he would provide it. We HIGHLY recommend this company! They are so amazing! Very honest and trustworthy. They will NOT disappoint! We have a furnace that’s very old and original to the house we own. Most places would probably tell us to replace the whole thing. It was a quick and easy fix. We’re so thankful!

I have not come across 2 better people than Dean and Tanner with Butler Heating and Air Conditioning. They both went above and beyond, and I will forever be grateful. I am not surprised to see a 5-star rating for this HVAC company (which is why I contacted them over others). They truly care for their clients, were very responsive and communicated everything. They are definitely my go to for all my HVAC needs!
I dont usually write reviews but have to say Dean at Butler is top notch. My husband and I cannot say enough about this company. He beat two other competitors by thousands, he upgraded us, listened to our needs and wants, and provided every single bit of it at a remarkable value. Our furnace stopped working on Christmas Eve. Dean was able to stop by that day and bypass our broken part to ensure we had heat for Christmas. He was friendly, thorough, and went above and beyond to help us! A few days later he was back in here to replace our furnace (the broken part is no longer available and we ended up needing a new unit.) He fit us in an quickly as he could, set us up, and explained the unit to us. He did it all while smiling, laughing, and joking with us. His personality was as great as his work and we will call him again for any issue! Thank you Dean!
