Quick easy communication at a fare price. Technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. Made helpful suggestions and was quick to find and solve the problem. Highly recommend for any heating or air needs.

My mini split AC was not working as well as it has in years past and needed to be deep cleaned. Cody came out and was able to quickly identify all the things that needed maintenance and cleaning. He worked diligently to make sure that I got top quality service for the best possible price. I really appreciated how responsive, knowledgeable and considerate this company was from start to finish. Will be recommending this company in the future and I will be a repeat customer.
North winds has the best customer service and service men. Derek saved us from the heat! After a helpful phone call, Derek arrived after hours exactly when they said he would. Issue was repaired in no time. Give them a chance, you won’t be sorry.

Derek was willing to share information and patient while explaining his assessment of our AC unit…he even cleared a mouse nest and added steel wool to the compressor unit to hopefully discourage mice from taking up residence in the future. Great customer service.

Replace the furnace and a/c. Day one the hot water heater was in the way. Hot water heater was moved and would not relight Day 2 the a/c coil/ valve was leaking. They did not want to replace the valve but replace the whole coil. This week different guys showed up and replaced the valve. Frustrating they could have just done the valve last week. They did send a repair person for the hot water last week he also could not get it to work. He left to fo find a new gas valve and was going to call me with an update. Zero updates from him. I fixed it myself
Yesterday my 40 year old water heater failed. I called North Winds and in less than 24 hours they had a team come out and install a brand new one. Derick and Gavin did an amazing job and replaced not only the heater, but also updated several of the valves, fittings, and exhaust system. They were very professional and everything looks really good! I have now used North Winds for my Furnace and water heater, and I plan on using them for all my other home needs. The peace of mind of a job well done is worth it! What makes this company great is that they always pick up the phone and their is no disconnect between their sales and service team. Both sides are very knowledgeable and very professional. I don't think I've worked with a company that I've been more pleased with. (Update) today 6/20 I had Lon and Art out to replace my AC. They were incredible. Going above and beyond at several points. They were super helpful and answered all my questions. They also were able to accommodate a last minute request!

Had an excellent air conditioning unit check up today with Justin Cunmulaj. He was very professional, answered the many questions that I asked, and gave great guidance on how to maintain and prolong the life of our equipment. Always excellent service from NorthWinds.

This was my annual air conditioning service. It had been overlooked starting with the COVID service in 2020. Craig was my technician for this service. He was outstanding! He was thorough and professional and friendly. He got everything shipshape and running like a top. I plan to ask for him in the future.
