Not too many places open on the weekends. Able to come out within a couple hours and help us get heat back up and running.
After another local company couldn’t return my calls, Independence was awesome and responded immediately to my request. Tom is an amazing professional and very informative about what he’s doing while working on your system. Awesome service and would not hesitate to refer them to anyone I know.
We received great service from the first call and setup an appointment. John was the service person that came he answered a million questions did a great job on maintenance for my a/c and my furnace and we will be having him back next year.

I called them to get a quote for installing HVAC, furnace, and tankless hot water heater. They responded more quickly than their competitors, with reasonable prices, and they were very helpful in answering questions. They finished all the work in two days and everything is working well. Highly recommended.

What an awesome job Tom, Jon, have for us today ! A 10 in our book. Other companies did not take the time to even look at our duct replacement. Tom not only came out but explained everything he was going to do . Thank you Tom, Jon, and a big shout out to Kristen who responded back to us very quickly and so nice, very professional and made us feel like we were family. In today's world this is rare. My husband and I live in an older home in Jackson and unfortunately there were several gas leaks in our lines. Both Jon and Kristin were so helpful getting us the help we needed and fast. Jon was very efficient and so helpful. I would recommend Independence to anyone in need of heating and cooling assistance!
