Justin was awesome! He showed up within the arrival window , he was very professional and courteous, and when he found a snake had gotten it self into our air conditioner and fried itself on the contactor ( yes seriously! ) , he was able to laugh about it and was just as amazed as I was lol . He quickly removed the snake and replaced the contactor and got us up and running again . Five stars across the board for bush heating and cooling and Justin , I'll be calling him the next time a critter gets in there , or anything else goes wrong with our ac or furnace. Thank you Justin!!!

Wow, too many HVAC companies to choose from in Monroe, but Bush is Best! They've been in town since I was a kid & for a good reason. They've been very attentive to our needs every time we've called them.
Service on Hot Water Heater. Justin explained what was wrong with it and fixed the temp control valve temporarily. The hot water heater is overheating due to age and needs replaced. We always use Busch for our heating and air also. We have always been happy with there service. 🙂

Had them install a new gas log fireplace. Very professional and would recommend them to anyone. Will definitely use them again for future hvac work.

Justin, the technician that came out as great! Went over everything with me, showed me everything that was going on. Repairs were done, system was recharged, the AC IS PUMPIN! Great job, they’ll be doing my maintenance next spring

The guys from bush's will treat you like family. They all are good people and do an amazing job. I hired them twice, once to install a new furnace and then to install new central air. I will always do business with them. Great company and even greater family.
