Couldn’t be more happy with Straub Heating & Cooling. Our house didn’t have AC so I called several companies to get a quote. I was recommended by many people that we use Straub. Of all the companies I reached out to Aaron was the first to show up and give me a quote. He won the job just with how professional, honest, and kind he was. The fact he showed up and gave us a quote was the main thing. Still to this day I haven’t even heard back from the other companies that I reached out to for s quote. I didn’t care about price at that point I knew I was picking straub. They showed up on install day at the exact time they said they would. 3 man crew knocked the complete AC install out in 1.5 hours. Very affordable price as well. If you want family owned that you can trust, I recommend Straub Heating & Cooling for your needs! Had an issue with the AC staying at the set temperature a month later. Aaron sent an employee out and the guy diagnosed the issue. Within an hour Aaron himself showed up and fixed it now the house is running at a normal temp. Can’t say enough great things about these guys. Dropped what they were doing to make sure our brand new AC was back up and running properly.
We have used Straub Heating and Cooling for both our furnace and central air maintenance for the past 2 years. They have done great work every time they've been here. Aaron G is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We will continue to use Straub for all of our future heating and cooling needs.
When it comes to quality work and here right away this a one stop shop!! We own a large ranch and USDA processing facility and they come down right away when needed in a hurry and make sure to fix the problem! So incredibly grateful for these guys!!
This was a daunting process, so many steps. ripped out old units, rerouting vents, making the system take up less space and be more efficient, needed a crane for the ac on top of a commercial building, repaired floors/stand for furnace. They explained everything they were going to do, and did it with ease. Super skilled team!

I woke up to a chilly house only to find out My furnace wasn't coming on. I went on Google and search for heating and cooling service and up pop this company. It was quarter after 8 AM. They told me they'd have somebody out in 45 minutes. He was here and a 1/2 hour. He did a quick inspection found out. I needed a new circuit board. He didn't have one on hand but he went and got 1 and was back in a 1/2 an hour 15 minutes later. My furnace was running. . An excellent company. So glad I found them.
Had to have furnace inspection due to Milan's rental inspection (intrusion) ordinance. They came out checked everything. Were on time and all good.

They were extremely helpful. Explained all equipment for humidifier ( not explained at time of installation) and drain flushing. Demonstrated what I needed to do. Very timely. Thank you. 3/1. It’s surprising the condensate pump is an add on to furnace and not part of warranty.
I love these guys!!! They never give up and stick with me until they get it right. I ended up getting a new furnace and air conditioner and I couldn’t be more satisfied.

I highly recommend Stonehaven Condo Association owners & home owners in Milan, MI to call Straub Heating & Cooling when needed. This afternoon I had a furnace issue. They were able to schedule my appointment timely and repair the issue. I will schedule a furnace check-up on my 7 year old furnace next fall to hopefully prevent loss of heat on a cold winter day. Came out within two hours of calling them, had the job done in under an hour. Diagnosed and replaced bad blower motor. Very happy with price as well. Will definitely recommend to others!

I purchased from them and they installed my mini-splits (heat & cool) they offered a GENEROUS extended warranty for free with my purchase through them directly. they are prompt, clean & courteous. I have used them in the past and I will if needed use them in the future. a small town business that you cant go wrong with doing a GREAT JOB!! my only issue (and its NOT with Straub heating and cooling) but more w/ the mini-split co. itself. I never got an actual manual for the remote there are some questions I have on programming the remote and not sure what some symbols mean on the remote I've tried calling & emailing the co. (during covid) and they haven't answered my questions. I should try reaching out to the co. again now that covid has calmed down and people are back to work. I did get a manual emailed to me from Straub but it doesn't have the questions I was looking for. I would TOTALLY recommend this small town business!!
