The HVAC technician Bill went above and beyond to provide us with the best quality service possible! He spent 10 hours at our house working tirelessly to repair our AC unit. His work was thorough and he was extremely personable! 10/10 service! Bill was absolutely amazing and I definitely recommend this company! Thank you so much!

Zach gave our estimate, he was very professional. Our furnace and a/ c was installed 10 days from when we committed to buy from Aire service. Mike, Brian and Scott were very professional and courteous. Recommend this company highly. We had a Bryant 926t furnace and legacy 3 1/2 ton a/ c unit installed.
Very friendly kept us informed about arrival time . went out of their way to service AC before holiday weekend n gave us options not just most expensive repair .Always our first call even though we pay a couple dollars more cause they r out of Jackson ..Theyre prices r reasonable n fair n they're work is topline .

I have used Aire Serv of Southern Michigan for probably 20 years (before they became Air Serv). They are always professional and friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They did a duct cleaning for us! I would love to share a photo of my ducts...but NO WAY... so embarrasing... seriously if you want to see before and after...I'd be happy to show you... They did a excellent job... and the guys were not only polite.. they were a riot!! Would hire them again... in fact next week they are coming to maintenance or geo thermal system!! Did our install 27 years ago see them yearly... and they will be the ones we call for replacement...100%
repairman within 15 min. on arrival , diagnosed blown transformer, due to brown out the nite before. had new one on truck and replaced , then fired system and waited to make sure of correct run. worked great. no heat for 12 hours, much appreciated, Air Serve has always been quick and this was also after a 10" snow storm. Thanx Again!!!!!

We are newer to the area so were unsure of who to call when we needed our hot water heater repaired. Decided to try out Aire Serv and was very impressed. They were able to get us an appointment the same day that I called and was quick to fix our issue! I was very impressed with Marc! Thank you!
Marc was very knowledgeable about our geothermal system and took the time to explain everything he did so I understood. Everything from calling to schedule my service to the service being completed went smoothly. I would definitely recommend Aire Serv!
The good news is that Aire Serv gave me exceptionally prompt same day service when I had three separate problems. The bad news is the problems were all on a gas fired hot water heating system that they installed just 4 1/2 years ago. Two of the problems were the same in that two of the three zone valves failed. I have over $1300 in repairs on a relatively new system. Prices of the zone valves seemed incredibly expensive. All this being said, everyone was courteous and communication was exceptional.
Woke up Christmas morning to NO heat. Called and within 3 hours Christian showed up and fixed our gas valve on our furnace.He was very talented, helpful snd friendly. He was an answer to prayer.

Aire Serv did a great job! I had to have a new furnace installed and they completed the project in less than two days. Team was efficient and courteous. Mike was quick to give us a fair estimate on the project and they stayed within the budget. Will use them for all my future HVAC needs!
