If I could leave negative stars I would. Do not deal with this company, especially if you are using American Home Shield. They noted false information on my claim and refuse to fix it. And have not called me back nor fixed the issue. Terrible company. Terrible customer service.
After multiple visits, the original issue MIGHT be resolved. However, I'm now left to deal with a new issue caused by the plumbing company. To make matters worse, the company is seeking payment of $150 for turning off our water. How is this charge justified? It's a quick turn of a handle. The technician, Billy, had a wonderful personality, which would be more beneficial to a better plumbing company.

This company was referred to me by home shield like other homeowners and the people they send out are rude technician comes to my house never introduced his self when he was finished telling me there’s nothing can do he just walks out

Cody was timely, professional and very courteous. Minor faucet leak in my kitchen, which got a little scary, but Cody handled it w/grace and resolved my issue. Poor company , tech did not do anything ,sat and took some pictures did not troubleshoot the problem and said it would be 1,000 dollars to fix a hot water heater,stay away from them or you will get ripped off
First appointment was canceled unexpectedly, however when they arrived for the next appointment the tech was professional and friendly. Job was complete under 15 minutes.
Technician came within 30 minutes of the request for a non-emergency issue. He was fast and professional once he arrived, and he explained everything.

Our AC went out. They let us know when they were coming. The gentleman was very polite and professional. It didn't take him long to find the problem and fix it.
