Kidder is awesome! The AC went out and Joshua did a great job making the repairs and we were up and running again! Fast service! Joshua explained everything on a level we could understand. 5 Stars!!

Very professional. We got a new furnace and they allowed me to record how to light the pilot so I could show my husband. Our old one was over 25 years old and very different.
We are on their care plan & they remind us each year for our A/C and furnace tune up. They show up when scheduled, call ahead & are professional when they come. They are also the company who installed our new furnace and central air about 5 years ago, when we converted from oil heat.
No need to ever call another company for home services. They treated me like a good family member would.

It started working last year on its own again when the serviceman was here. The low-pressure sensor I had replaced stopped working. So I called and it started working again when you employees was here and year later still. Just had to pay for service call. Thank you blessed all.
Great company! They have been so helpful and knowledgeable for any heating and cooling needs. Very dependable and the staff are friendly and courteous. I really like their service agreement. It is nice to have especially for seniors who need something they can rely on for heating/cooling during inclement weather conditions.

I'm very pleased with Kidder. Had both a new AC unit and furnace installed 7 years ago. As a member of their comfort club, I receive service on both AC/ furnace yearly. Many advantages of the club. Glad I joined.

Receptionist was able to quickly schedule an appointment. Chris was prompt and very courteous. He took time to explain to me some issues regarding my furnace. He was able to make some suggestions as to how I might proceed. Very trusting of his judgment.
