Rooter MD is very professional, they showed up fast and quickly pointed out our problem and provided us with options for a fix. They even went above and beyond to contact the city to do their part so we didn't have to. A+ work and staff.

Thank you Rooter MD for taking care of a huge problem in our home and making the repairs go smooth and easy. I can't speak enough on the kindness and professionalism we experienced with Rooter MD. The clean up they did after such a huge repair made it look as if I didn't just have a crew of people working in my home replacing broken pipe under our cement slab. Yes, it was a big mess to repair, but you wouldn't have known it by the time they were done. Everything from beginning to end was done with perfection. Thank you again Rooter MD!!
My highest recommendation for Rooter MD. We had them out on a service call. There was a slight misunderstanding in communication that occurred, but Rooter MD resolved the situation quickly and to our complete satisfaction. We have used Rooter MD a few times in the past as well and they have always impressed us. Mistakes happen. Needed help quickly at my 84 year old moms house (toilet backing up in basement shower. Josh came out within a few hours, diagnosed problem, called for additional help. Problem was quickly resolved at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.
Great service. Recommended from my parents. I had a leaking valve and needed a shower upgrade. They finished both in the estimated time with minor disruption (water shut off). Excellent finished product and friendly and professional employees.

Lyle was courteous and explained what the camera was able to find in my sewer drain line. He explained how the system was configured in our home and what were some possible issues to address in short term. He was not pushy and explained different options for us to review.
John and Lyle, has always been helpful. During COVID, our business were desperate for help and RooterMD did not mind our distance from their home office. They have always been great! The Customer Service desk and their home office is very supportive of their team members in the field. Been a customer for about 2 years now, and will not look anywhere else. Rooter MD installed a liner inside my drain line which was partially old crock which had been penetrated by roots in 2012. The system worked great for 10 years when I found roots again penetrated a spot where the crock joined a PVC section. Rooter MD evaluated the issue and immediately did a repair to the small section under the warranty. The technician was very professional on both visits. The manager reviewed the issue and ordered the repair. It was so refreshing to deal with a business is so professional. They have integrity and respect for their clients. Thank you.
My first plumbing choice was a no show. The price including labor was 90 dollars cheaper. They also offered a guarantee on their work. I was desperate and went with Rooter MD. They were prompt and professional. The job was to repair or replace a clean out drain stop. They did not have the part. They had left and returned quickly with a makeshift part. They said they couldn't provide a guarantee. The part is working so far. New customers get 10% off. It is not noted on the invoice. I'm giving this a incomplete so far. It was definitely a leap of faith transaction.
So thankful for the team being thorough, i.e. -Aya quarterbacking on the phones -John and Caden cabling multiple drains, cleaning up the unavoidable spills, adjusting billing after a half-day of unsuccessful diagnosis of my [old/patchwork/unusual house's tricky problem] -Lyle scoping a second drain for free, because his equipment was out for repair and delayed my fix by a week Another of their teams declared victory prematurely after snaking a drain and not inspecting for ice, but I'd gladly call in the above squad again!
I can't say enough about Jeremy's performance yesterday! He was not only on time and professional, but very personable and easy to work with. He explained everything and we felt very comfortable with his service and having him in our home. Not a job I would like to do and I'm happy that there are guys like Jeremy available. Thank you!!
I called them for a water heater service and they responded super fast. Had a little bit issue with the service they provided later but the owner called me back to follow up in person couple of times and got the issue resolved. This is a company really care about the customer experience. For that, I give it. 5 start.
