We needed a new ac and furnace. Our old ac was over 34 years old. Kevin the owner came out and was very knowledgeable, gave us a reasonable quote and a time his team could install the new unit. His crew of two respectful, professional young men arrived on time. They had or ac installed and running the same day. They returned again the following day to complete the work on the furnace. It’s only been 1 day since the installation but we can already see a difference in how the new unit cools our home. We highly recommend this team.

My house was chilly and getting chillier by the hour, despite a thermostat set at 69 degrees. Kevin made room in his schedule for a service call that very afternoon. He found and fixed the problem quickly and affordably. (It was a dirty flame sensor.) I've used Prime Time Heating & Cooling before. I can't recommend this company highly enough. You'll get prompt and effective service and honest pricing. I'll be using this company to do an inspection of my air conditioner in the spring, to make sure it's ready for hot weather.

My experience with Prime Time Heating was excellent. They were able to come the next day to repair my hot water heater. I was able to leave my garage door open and they made the repair so I did not have to take a day off of work. This is very much appreciated. Nick was very professional and responded to my texts very promptly. I will not hesitate to use them in the future!!!

I have worked with them for multiple repairs and most recently for a new AC and furnace. I would not hesitate to contact them again.
I was referred by a neighbor; called for a quote; and the company was very responsive. A very quick turnaround for the quote, professional, and informative. I did not have the feeling that I was being taken advantage of. I was given an excellent explanation of the differences between SEER values and the expectation of recouping the additional investment.

Highly recommend! We were given a half hour notice of when they would arrive and they were right on time. Quickly took care of our furnace issue and followed COVID protocol. Fair price, will definitely use them again
We had an issue with our blower motor and Kevin and his team were quick to act. They got me in quick and identified the problem immediately. Nick our tech was professional and helpful. I would highly recommend prime time for any heating or cooling need.
I had this company do a furnace tuneup for $135 and i watched the technician via a ring camera and the technician barely did anything on the list of things the technician was supposed to do for a tuneup.
I called many other companies and could not find anyone to come out either the same day or the next. I called Prime Time and they immediately were able to schedule the tech to come out the next day. Prior to arriving, he text me letting me know, he was on his way. The tech arrived here on time, very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to tell us what was wrong with our HVAC. Took less then 30 minutes. My HVAC is working great. Price was extremely reasonable and I was able to pay by CC. Thank you!

These guys were on point. Three yrs ago, central air took a dump. He came out within couple hrs and fixed it. Last year, furnace smoked out. We had them install a new one, everythings great. They definitely take pride in their work M
