I have called all around and I have had others out to fix and maintenance on my furnace. I am so pleased with Marty and Jackie. They are the best price and the best people. Very professional! I recommend them for all your heating and cooling! I trust them!! Remember you get what you pay for!
I want to comment on a great experience with one of Mills top technicians. Her name is Jackie. She is what I consider a consummate professional. She not only knows her craft, she is a customer centered, and service oriented young lady. What others couldnt solve, she could. Hats off to Mills Heating and Cooling for having a great person on staff
Very poor service took like a week and a half from to call my own and way overcharged don't recommend them at all
My overal experience was good. Cost was the only factor. 1st service call this year cost me $385.00 for parts and Labor on top of the $70.00 Service Charge for Furnace not reaching Heat settings. The only problem was not enough Return air to Funace Room. They added a Return Air Vent in the return System before the Filter on the 2nd Service call to fix it after the 1st service call did not do fix it, but cost me almost $500.00. Over all the work was done but the initial install was not done right, so it cost me in the long run.
We've used them for years and always satisfied with the work they do.
They're ALWAYS so reliable, and considerate of their customers needs.. sometimes I get same day service on my repairs. Their home warranty program is worth every penny
My last experience with Mills Heating was good. Good service.
All I had was a leak and they tried selling me s whole new unit. Told me it would be 700$ to find the leak. I got a second opinion and the guy used a wand looking tool and found it right away. My mom used mills as well they told her th compressor went bad and needed a new unit. She ALSO got a second opinion that said the compressor was fine and it was just the coil. I don't know why it's necessary to push buying an entire new unit on everyone because it's not like we've al got 2 grand laying around. Won't be going back
I’ve used these guys since long before there was an internet. They recently installed a new furnace for us. They did a very nice job and they cleaned up when they were done.
Very Professional. The serviceman wore shoe covers. He was very courteous and I could tell he respected the sanctity of my home.
These guys are great! They installed a furnace for my parents about twenty years ago. I called them for a repair in Livonia. The service tech diagnosed the problem immediately. The price was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.
