If anyone is looking for a good HVAC company this is the one!!! our AC went out last night and I text the guy (close to midnight 😭) who was here a month prior before installing the new central air unit (his name is Dave and I asked for his personal number because how hectic things get in my life and explained our circumstances, he didn’t have to give it to me but he did), Dave had someone (Ben) at my door at 7am Sunday (not even 12 hours later) …. He was kind to me and did everything he could! He could have EASY came and played me charging me hundreds of dollars, Near $2500 if my numbers are correct and claimed that everything had to be rewired and I would have believed him because I seen him playing with the wires back there!!! Instead he was very honest, turns out a earwig bug had crawled on the clicker thing and got lodged so the “on button” thing was not able to be clicked in and the unit wouldn’t turn on!! He took out the bug (I was so surprised how confident he was and how quick he figured it out) we had a few laughs he packed up his items told me to take a deep breath and then left and I think deep down he was relieved it was nothing major for my sake as well!! This company was so kind to me in a moment that I NEEDED kindness, money never came up, he was genuinely happy that he was able to come and help!!! They will forever have my business for anything HVAC related!!! If anyone is looking for a good company these are your guys Main office is in MI and the other is in Waukesha!! It’s hard to find honest workers or businesses these days I’m glad I have my forever hvac company going forward!! Thank you thank you thank you ☺️

Highly recommend. Very honest and didn’t try to price gouge me. Fixed my air conditioner for a very reasonable price. Didn’t try to sell me dye treatment or new furnace like two previous techs. Highly highly recommend!!
Scheduling a furnace repair couldn't have been any easier. They were able to fit me into their schedule much soon than I expected. I am very satisfied with the service performed by the Technician Jackie. She was professional and very knowledgeable in what she was doing. She explained the steps she took to troubleshoot the repair and to help me understand the issue and resolution. I would highly recommend Majestic Heating and Cooling for furnace repair!

My wife and I are very satisfied with the professional services from Jackie, a very competent, flexible and knowledgeable professional. Not only she did her best to accommodate our busy schedule and did the repair but she was patient enough to explain every steps she took with actual data/facts so I could clearly understand the issue and the remedy. The price was reasonable but where Jackie is doing the extra mile it is with her advice. I would highly recommend her if you wish to use this heating/cooling company. Thank you Jackie!
Of course my furnace would become inoperable without warning on the coldest day. The technician came out and just by the sound she knew the issue and had the heat flowing in 7 minutes! Can you say AWESOME?!!!

My HVAC unit went out overnight and temperatures were dropping rapidly in my home. I care for an elderly parent and a foster baby. I called Majestic the next morning and they sent out technicians within the hour. The name of the. two young men that came out were Tarrick and Moudy. They instantly cane within 30 minutes of my call for service. They wore masks the whole time and were very kid snd pet friendly. They installed a brand new unit that was affordable within a couple of hours, cleaned up after themselves. Very professional, good quality service! I have recommended Majestic to all my friends and family!!!

Showed up on the weekend didn’t even charge me double, was able to diagnose and solve my problem with my Heating unit. Very polite young man(Tarick) wearing masks gloves and protection over their shoes. I was impressed by their honesty and vigilance In getting us up and running for the cold weather.Also reasonably priced.
When I couldn’t get my heat to start, I called them and they sent someone the same day. Moudy and T figured out the problem and fixed it. They even checked out everything else to make sure there were no other problems with the furnace and AC. They were very professional and answered all of my questions.

One of the best companies to work for, Great service and professional staff like Moody and T, They always willing to go the extra mile for my family and I. Unbelievable service by Tarrick and Moudy. They showed up early, diagnosed my furnace and AC units, repaired what was needed and have come back to check on the units afterwards as well. Highly recommend. Excellent work ethic!!!
Honestly the best service I’ve ever gotten. In the short time they were there I really felt like I’ve known these guys my whole life , they were helpful with positive attitudes , my wife does not know English but the one they call “T” is fluent in multiple languages and was able to explain everything to her and just really made her feel safe and comfortable, the other man “Moudy” I believe, aloud my special needs son to “assist” him using his toy tool set and had a conversation with him the whole time where as others have made my son feel like he’s annoying them , he was grinning ear to ear after they left , great service all around , I don’t usually do reviews unless they are negative but 6/5 stars for these guys .
Moudy and T did a phenomenal job on replacing my furnace and they made sure to wear their mask on at all time. Professional and neat!
Majestic Heating & Cooling installed my furnace & water heater. They came out on time, put them in, removed the old furnace & water heater, cleaned up after they were done all in one day. We'll call them when the air conditioner needs to be replace.
