Prompt appointment for inspection and good meeting with sales rep. Never received a quote and no call for follow up. My job required replacing the attic unit maybe they just didn't really want to do it?
Very impressed with Kristian today. On time, didn't rush the procedure, and patiently answered all our questions. Looking forward to his proposal for a new central a/c install.
Bought AC and Furnace 12 years ago and service always great. Have semi-annual maintenance plan where they check AC in summer and furnace in winter. Super service, good quality and very professional. Devin Nazelli completed our maintenance plans and very professional and pleasant.

The process and cost was explained clearly, as well as the repair itself. Fast, friendly, and efficient.
My heat went out over the weekend, and Steve K was able to help me get the system working over the phone until I could get on the schedule during the week to fully repair it. On the day of the appointment, Steve was on time and very professional. He had the problem diagnosed before he even arrived, and he stayed until he made sure it was running as it should. I’m a new homeowner, and he even taught me a few things about maintaining my HVAC system. My heat hasn’t acted up since! I am thankful for the quick and successful response and will definitely be using Ehlers again in the future!
Jesse Niedermeyer was excellent to work with. He called ahead as I requested when I set the appointment up to let me know he was coming. He was exceptionally thorough and discussed his findings after he discovered the problem as well as discussed his fix when complete. He was exceptionally professional, courteous, and efficient. I think he represents your company very very well.
Tonight was the second time we have had Jesse as our service technician. He is professional, personable, and efficient! We have been happy with Ehler's for both heating and a/c service. We signed up with them for yearly maintenance of both systems.
My furnace was not working six days ago. I had called Ehlers out, as we had previously used them on a repair and were very satisfied. Kristian came out (same day as the initial call) and addressed the issue, but also brought to our attention some concerns - especially with a builder grade furnace being 20 years old. We decided to go ahead a replace both the furnace and air. Kristian was great as talking us through the options of two different models and was not pushy in which way to go. When it came time for installation Devin and Jake were FANTASTIC. Typically my husband manages projects such as this, but was unable to do so this time, so it was up to me. They were great at explaining to me everything they did. They cleaned up after themselves and just did a fantastic job - even with having to re-route lines. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Ehlers. I would without hesitation use them again.
