New Bryant furnace & AC. Great team.
Great company. Used them for years. They give great advice and also do good service and installs. Nice folk.
My furnace pilot light would not ignite and they were very professional sending Nick out in a few hours fixing the problem while explaining exactly why it was having issues. Also asked questions about a hot water heater issue and he was gracious enough to listen and give suggestions. Will use this company in the future and am very pleased!
They were really fast. I called them with no heat around 0845 and they had fixed the issue with part replacement by 10am. Reasonable price. Accurate diagnosis and quick resolution. Very professional. I’d recommend.
Really couldn't ask for anything more. Returned my call first thing in the morning. I was surprised that we could get a technician out the same day. Gave an estimate a tech would be available mid morning. Received a call the tech was on their way, right on time. Within about an hour our furnace was back in business. Tech explained what he had done and what caused the problem. Very professional, reasonable priced, in and out no issues. This was the first time for D & G Heating and Cooling, the furnace is getting old so we don't think it will be the last time. D & G is now on speed dial. Very happy with the service and is highly recommended.
My furnace was making some noises since past couple of days. Called D&G Heating and Cooling. Administrative staff was pleasant to talk to. They were able to get their technician Kurt out same morning. I was thoroughly pleased with his professional, courteous attitude and depth of knowledge. He patiently explained what was broken and needed to be fixed, and what could be monitored for future. Luckily had the parts in his truck and got my issue resolved quickly, thoroughly documented the job and cleaned up the space after he was done. He went above and beyond to answer few of my other questions related to the furnace and ductwork. I was just impressed with the service I received. Highly recommend D&G Heating and Cooling and Kudos to their technician Kurt!

We are beyond thankful for D&G Heating and Cooling! After buying our house in May, we noticed that the furnace was making a weird noise, and it eventually stopped working in the middle of winter. I reached out to the company, and they had someone at my house the next morning. A huge thanks to Kurt who was the one that came out and helped us, he was great - very knowledgable, friendly and helpful. Our heat is back on and we did not have to break the bank after the holiday! I recommend them over and over again!
They squeezed in an appt for my elderly parents, spent close to 2 hrs making sure everything was RIGHT, Barely charged them anything! Highly recommend!

When my furnace stopped producing heat, they came out within an hour, diagnosed the problem, and had it repaired an hour later. They also found several problems with the way it was initially installed and helped fix those as well. Could not have been happier that I called them.
I have hired this company for both my AC unit replacement and furnace replacement. They were very honest, and fair about their pricing. They are on time with their appointments. Every person I have interacted with from this company from customer service, to sales, to the field agents have been professional and kind.
Very professional and honest, just moved to the area and had a problem with my 29 year old furnace, was concerned that they were going to tell me I needed a new furnace...told me that I needed a new igniter.... quite the relief...very reasonable priced. So glad there are some honest businesses out there..

What a great company. They kept my appointment for thermostat installation on time even though there was a spike of urgent calls during the recent cold snap. They took great care with the job and it was not rushed yet done accurately and quickly. I highly recommend them.
The gentleman who I spoke with and discussed my possible project on changing air ducts in my basement was very informative. He answered several questions I had and gave his professional advice and recommendation which lead to me not scheduling an appointment. He could have easily recommended a consult/evaluation appointment which comes with a fee. Instead, he gave me information over the phone that helped me understand and work with my problem. Now, that's a class act!! Totally appreciate his integrity. While I can't comment on getting service from D & G, I would say this can be a sign of how the business functions as a whole.
Ben and Kurt really took care of my house heating and cooling system. Quick efficient and great customer service, I had a few questions and kindly answered with no attitude. Thy even provided an email receipt for service.
D&G responded promptly to my request for a/c repair. The technician Dan was prompt, efficient and was on the ball. Work was completed at a fair price and to my satisfaction in a couple of hours after my initial phone call.
Staff is always friendly and professional. We have been a customer for over 50 years and never disappointed, never any problems, always a great service.
