I had a great experience with Crain HVAC. Cody worked with me on financing options. Joe and Cole arrived on time, were polite, and worked hard to get my new AC unit installed. They ensured it was running efficiently and gave me tips on how to winterize and care for my unit. I will definitely utilize them again.

Jacob with Crain heating and cooling was fast with getting my air conditioner back up and running. He also noticed a few other issues that needed fixed that I wasn’t aware of. Very professional and arrived on time! They also stand by their warranty and work. I would recommend Crain heating and cooling to all family and friends!
Crain is the only heating and cooling company I call. Always so fast, efficient and the best customer service I have ever dealt with. Needed someone to look at my noisy furnace today and the squeezed me in! The receptionist is always so sweet every time I call and always calls back asap! The technicians are always so respectful and well mannered as well as very knowledgeable! I can’t say enough good things about this company! 10/10 would recommend! The best of the best!
I had a Lennox furnace and air conditioner installed in May 2020. Everything is running great and very happy with the units and especially with the customer service. I special thank you to Cody, Melissa and Austin.
Couple of months ago I had new furnace installed by Crain Heating and Cooling. Everyone in the office was great from Melissa who is so kind and professional while scheduling appointment, to Cody who was great in providing one of the best estimate at very reasonable price and had a lot of knowledge in creating a plan for what was needed based on my needs. Joe and Cole the installers did amazing job in installing the furnace and all other components. Would highly recommend Crain Heating and Cooling
My furnace was shutting off every few minutes due to overheating. I called this company since they have really good reviews. The receptionist who answered the phone was very polite and let me know someone would be available to come out within a few hours. Khoder came out and he was so kind. My furnace was from 1995, so it was obvious it was time to get a new one installed. Khoder also noticed that my AC was just as old. I appreciate that he gave me options for repair, instead of exclusively saying that it had to be replaced. I did make the decision to replace both due to the age and how much it would cost for parts. I got a really good deal and was able to get it installed next day. The group of guys came early and they were very respectful and fast. I am so glad that I called them. I highly recommend Crain Heating & Cooling.
Our furnace broke and the first company we hired had a five day wait to get the part. We then called Crain, they arrived, had the part and fixed it within hours of the call. Also their price was below the first company. We will be calling Crain for all our future HVAC needs.
Crain replaced a 24 year old system in my home. They gave us a very timely and clear quote, were very flexible in scheduling the installation. Installation was done very professionally, clean, and promptly. Done in less than a day. Will definitely use Crain again for future HVAC needs.

Technician called before arrival. Very professional. Very knowledgeable and explained things well. Regular service call, but found big issues. Showed me everything he found and showed me what his camera saw. Gave me several options and did not try to sell me on anything. I have used Crain’s for 3 years now for regular maintenance and love the maintenance plan. Each technician has been fantastic.
Service is ok but overly expensive. I have been dealing with them for several years and they used to provide good service at a reasonable price. I am not sure what happened in the past two years that made them jack up their prices across the board. Quoted me 500+ to replace the AC blower fan. I called other businesses while their technician was at my home and I got quotes in the range of 200-250. I asked them to match other quotes but they declined. I had to go with them anyway because their technician was already there and I needed it fixed without delay. Ended up paying total $653. Why should I pay 2-3 times the price of other local heating/ cooling businesses for the same service?! I used to call them for service without shopping around or seeking other quotes because I had loyalty and trust for whatever value they provided. This is something that I cannot do anymore.
Jacob seemed to know what he was doing and had a believable diagnosis.. plus he checked for warranty coverage. (Would recommend not watching unrelated podcasts on the phone during repair visits..)
