I was referred to Alpha Mechanic and after waiting a week for a call back they told me that they were too busy to come give a quote for a big job I needed done. Then to add further unprofessional service, I was informed that the ONLY way they would come out is if I was going to have them do the work. So, they wanted to do a job without giving a potential client a cost analysis for the job first. NO WAY will I ever have a company to do work just to get a quote. I have a nice size church congregation and 10 were looking for a good HVAC company including 2 other churches I'm affiliated with. SO UNPROFESSIONAL and lazy
The tech they sent named Justin worked super fast and had us fixed up in literally ten minutes. Super polite and professional and on time actually early. Highly recommend!

My furnace stopped working, and I called Alpha to check it out. They sent an HVAC technician out within an hour. He was very polite and took the time to answer my questions and explain everything to me about my furnace. He went over and above what I expected, and I will call Alpha again when I'm ready to replace my furnace. Also, Liz, who took my call, was very friendly and helpful. I totally recommend Alpha Mechanical Service - Thank you for the great service. I'm very happy and satisfied with the level of service that they provided to me.

I run a medium sized residential high rise in midtown. We had an issue with our HVAC systems and these guys got it figured out quickly. Residents stay happy, I stay happy.
