They were able to go out and service my boiler when it stop working and it was extremely cold out. However I was suppose to get a call from the service technician to inform me of the problem and cost instead I received an email of a whooping repair bill $810.

I had a great experience last year when I had them out to clean and inspect my boiler, so I don’t understand what happened this year. I had an appointment scheduled for this past Saturday (scheduled in advance a few weeks ago) for the annual boiler cleaning and inspection and was told someone would be here before noon. I was home all day and no one ever showed up. I called and texted shortly after noon to follow up and see if there was an update on the time but no one ever responded. I realize mistakes happen, so I called again on Monday morning to follow up. I spoke with someone who said they would check with the technician and call me back. Again, there has been no response. Please don’t tell me you’ll call if you don’t intend to follow through, and if you aren’t able to keep the appointment or are not interested in the job, at least have the courtesy to let me know. Not only did I turn down other plans for Saturday to spend my whole day home waiting, but now I am trying to locate another company to come out and most of them are already booked for the next several weeks.
On time, rapid service, willing and happy to answer questions. I would use their service again.

They are great. Very personable caring absolutely concerned about safety in following CDC guidelines during this pandemic. Helpful and educating homeowner about the new heating system that I bought with my new home. I bought a home with base board heaters.
Super fast service. Had my heat go out Saturday and called 5 companies and they all said they would be out some time today. Called them and they say don’t worry we will be out with in the hour and they were here super fast. And fixed it even faster. thanks to Justin and Jim for coming out and saving us today!! We appreciate you guys and will use you again.

Winslow came out a few hours after we called, diagnosed the problem (failed compressor), had the needed parts on their truck and had it repaired within an hour. Well done.
