Awesome, honest, and complete service!
Best service in town.
I have used RCM several times at a variety of properties. Office staff, installers and technicians have all been professional and courteous. My furnace quit on Friday evening before Christmas Eve and required a major part that had to be found Xmas Eve day. They got it at 9:30am in the snow blizzard and drove an hour to my house and had the furnace going by noon. They saved our Christmas as we had 16 people arriving Christmas Day. 5 star all the way!

They were very easy to communicate with and were able to install an entire new system within two weeks of our air conditioning going out. Al explained to pros/cons of doing repairs vs replacing out system (everything was from 1994) and we were able to make a confident choice to move forward quickly. System was installed quickly and correctly and we have no complaints!
Called there two times looking for service, both times I was told "AL" had been sent the questions and never heard anything back. Should I call back a third time? I don't think so! Plenty of plumbers out there last checked.

Al at Royal Comfort Mechanical located more than one significant leak, when three other companies would not return my call for service for a leak of R22. He was professional, and had superior experience and knowledge of the repair and an installation of new equipment.
Punctual and professional,waited a little longer on an appointment,but that is to be expected,and honestly if you check your ac unit before warm weather ,waiting time could be easily avoidable.

Royal was very competent and efficient. Technician recommended duct filter system and water heater replacement which we ordered and Royal installed. We have used Royal Comfort for five years and we are satisfied with service and products.
Had them remove a sink and put it back so we could have flooring put down. Great work, quick and efficient.
Amir was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant and punctual. He measured our vanity top for replacement.
