Hired Trzos to install a high efficiency furnace, humidifier and air conditioner. Sloppy installation work and owner upsold me a humidifier that simply doesn’t work. Humidifier has zero impact on household humidity and wastes 40 gallons of water down the drain daily as run off. After two unsuccessful service calls, I contacted humidifier manufacturer and 2 separate technical representatives stated the humidifier is not compatible with high efficiency furnaces, yet this was the model recommended by Trzo's owner. Now Trzos won't return my phone calls. Paid a premium for a product that doesn't work, not happy.
I was without Heat for 2 weeks as another contractor left me hanging. Otto Trzos Co. took my call, came to my house and fixed my furnace all within one hour! David was an absolute rockstar :) 12/10 recommend!!
This is the only heating company to deal with! Trzos, Trzos,Trzos. They fixed the heating and cooling in my home. Awesome. I am so comfortable right now. I couldn’t get even heat throughout my ranch house for the last 25 years. Heating and cooling contractors came and went. With their technology, experience, perseverance, kindness, and super service Trzos made my heating and cooling problem a dream. I absolutely love my new furnace and steam humidifier. Trzos helped me with every detail. The owner gave me tour of the shop. It is much bigger than it looks from the outside. Great value. Just call them. !
I called them one day and the next day My air conditioner was installed they were propped wonderful to work with. The air conditioner is absolutely the best one out there. Everybody that I talked to was very sincere.

My Furnace and AC were replaced in late July 2021, the furnace worked fine over the winter, but AC made loud noises right after install and they came out multiple times to fix it. Now it’s May of 2022 and we’ve had 80 degree weather for the past week, we’ve been dealing with loud noises from the outside unit and now nothing is coming from our vents. They are going to call me back to see if they can get me on the schedule. I am not happy with my experience so far. Update: they came out right away, it looks like my blower shorted due to power surge. However, now I’m waiting a few days for a new part to come in, with looming 80 to 90 degree weather this week. This is the second time I’ve waited for this part to be replaced. Update: blower replaced for free two days later, then the unit outside starts making a huge racket the next day. Can’t seem to get it fixed!
I just spent $ 400 for new $ 70 thermostat , I checked with Amazon. (including $ 100 first visit which is ok with me) The agent definitely refused to use the new one I got from Amazon at the second visit, ready at home. total another $304 $70 for new thermostat from them plus $234 for labor cost for 30 minutes. Appeared " not trustworthy" sumet
I recently had my furnace and air conditioner replaced. I would like to thank the owner and crew for doing such a professional job. I have been in the service industry most of my career and I can tell you their work was exceptional.
An excellent business. Professional, courteous, prompt, and very caring about their customers. They come in emergency situations and have provided service in an emergency after hours. Very high quality products. They stand behind their products and always give excellent advice and suggestions. I rate this business very high indeed.

They came out to my place couple years ago to fix the heater. I called them on Friday to schedule appointment. They said they can come on the following day (Saturday) even though they are not open. I said "I thought you were closed on Saturdays." The lady on the phone was so nice. She said, "It is getting colder and we want you to have heat as soon as possible." I was so grateful for their service. A different company I called before I contacted Otto A Trzos gave me such a hard time about scheduling. Thank you for your wonderful service!
So disappointed that your technician tried the "cracked heat exchanger" scam and tried to sell us a new furnace. I researched the Carrier model he recommended and it's described as an economy model suitable for short, mild winters and long, humid summers. Not exactly appropriate for Michigan, do you think? Anyway, I called in another company, and it turns out we needed a new igniter for $148. Does your guy get commission for selling furnaces? I'm so glad we didn't buy a new furnace, and one that would have been wrong for this climate!

These guys do fantastic work. They are very reasonable on prices. They are professional and friendly. Over the last 10 years I have had several of them come out and all of them were good.
