Very professional
Heater repaired today by Jeff. Great service. Jeff took the time to explain to me how my heater works, what to look for. He asked me questions I have never thought of other than it lights and works. It helped to identify/understand some underlying issues I had for years. It was a simple $40 part that fixed it. He went out of his way to take a part and clean it outside in the cold. I learned so much, and he did a great job of repairing my heater. Works better than ever. I've had people out before that made my heater work, but they never took the time he did and the difference is amazing. Very happy with this company. Will be a customer for life. June 30, 2023 Air conditioning serviced by Jesse today. Again, great service. Jesse took the time to explain the problems to me and was very professional and nice. Same-day service. Great company!

Great company. They have installed a furnace, A/c, and tankless water heater for us. They always answer and respond quickly.
Had a bad smell coming from the vents the first time we started up the air conditioning at our cottage for the season. Tech was polite and actually early for the appointment. We discussed the situation, he took off the cover to the furnace blower motor in the crawlspace to see if there was any dead animals in there. there was an area we could not see, so he stuck his hand in there and took a picture of the area. In that area, we couldn’t see was a dead bat. He decided to cut a hole in the ductwork and clean out the bat thoroughly. closing the whole strategically so if it ever happened again, we could get into that area easily through the same hole. Price was very reasonable. Extremely happy, and would use them again.
Recent full system install. We chose them because their salesman was not pushy at all, more of very informative and provided some education about the products offered before we decided who to purchase from. Once started. They were very professional. Clean job. Amazing service. Nice guys that did a great job. They are also really mindful of the cleanliness of their work area in your home and they make sure to clean up after their day. Highly recommended for your hvac needs.

My furnace would stop running before it would get to the temperature that it was set at. Lammers sent Dave O. to work on it. Wow!!! I was so impressed with his knowledge by just giving him the error code as this had several actions that needed to be taken to insure the problem was fixed. He explained everything in complete, understandable detail, worked quickly and efficiently and resolved the issue. I can’t say enough about how professional and polite Dave was. Right from the start I felt like this guy really knows his job and I was correct! Thank you Dave!!!
I contacted Lammers by leaving a message on their website through the contact page. I received a call from them within an hour and scheduled a service call for my furnace. The technician, Dave O., arrived on time and answered all my questions. Dave was very knowledgeable and experienced. His service was thorough; fixing the main problem and all the other little things too. He fixed my furnace and it now runs like a top! Lastly, the price was fair, and there was no upselling, just a clean transaction. If all companies ran like this, the world would be a better place!
I just bought a house in Jackson and needed a new thermostat and some repairs to the natural gas line to the water heater and stove. They were super helpful and professional and took great care of us. I will definitely use them again. Thank you for all your help.
Over the years, I've used Lammers several times for occasional issues with our Payne heating/AC system. Each time they responded quickly, resolved the problem and were very professional while doing so. I highly recommend them.

I have a 41 year old boiler and had no idea where to go to have it serviced or how long was still going to be functional. Lammers got me on the schedule within a week and the guy who came out was super nice and very knowledgeable. he was willing to answer my questions and I learned a lot! He spent time doing a very thorough job going above and beyond what I expected. My boiler is now clean, looks amazing and apparently is in great shape! I'm happy to know I can go back to them for any other services I need for it in the future!
I found myself with no heat in one of my furnaces. I called Lammers, as I have in the past and they were quick to get someone to come to my house. Dave Sherfinski came and worked on the furnace and got the heat going. I really appreciated him taking the time to explain to me what he did and what I could do to fix the problem in the future. Courtesy and patience are an integral part of customer service and also knowledge of what you are doing. For these reasons I will not hesitate to call Lammers again.
We had David come and do the tune-up. He was on time and was super nice. I really appreciated that he put boot covers on and he didn’t have to. He was really patient and just was super nice to talk to and answered all my questions and gave great tips on how to maintain our Furnace. We will be using them again for anything HVAC related and are more than happy with our experience

Great company, great service. Our furnace started having right as it was getting cold. They were out within the week (we still had heat). The technician was very nice and explained all the issues. He answered all of my questions. They had to come back out as our furnace was acting up again, of course it was working fine when he arrived. Still very kind and helpful, got it working for us and made sure it stayed working. When we had to call them back for service, they were there same day. Really appreciate this company. They helped us out quickly and were professional.
