I’ve had them do work on my furnace several times. Every time, they’ve been great. They explain what needs to be done and explain your options for what needs to be done. They’re always courteous and have fair prices. They’re very honest, which is a huge deal in my opinion. I’d recommend them for anything you need done.
Cross provides excellent service and workmanship. The staff is very professional. We have used them a number of times and will definitely use them again.
I have recently had three outstanding experiences with cross heating and cooling in Ida MI, and thought I would share a review. Last summer my AC went out, cross fixed it and didn't try to sell me a new unit, the same happened with both my hot water heater and my furnace. None of the repairs were more expensive than I was prepared to pay. I LOVE cross and they are my No.1 place to call when I have a problem.
We had Cross heating replace our air conditioning and we were very pleased with their courtesy, excellent work and attention to detail. We were so satisfied that we decided to use them for our furnace check up. The technician was pleasant and knowledgeable and prompt. We are totally satisfied with this company and we will use them in the future.
Great quality and a great price. On time Courteous, used for over 20 years. They always cleanup after job is done. Great knowledge of work being performed.
Had them for service for years, that will be ending. Took off work to meet their service techs hours of only being able to work 8 hours. Waited two weeks for my prepaid cleaning. Appointment was at 3pm, got a phone call at 3:55pm canceling because "something came up". I told them I took the day off work to meet their schedule. Was told to wait, they called the owner, who is apparently soo cheap he'd rather loose customers than pay an hour of overtime. Apparently what "came up" is a cheap owner. Only use this company if you can sit around until they can show up. Funny that all the 5 star ratings have no comments, must be having friends and family leave bogus reviews
No call no show...twice.
I called Cross 6 days ago. I got there name from a distributor of the mini splits I own as certified to honor the manufactures warranty. An appointment was made for The nest day. It was cancelled and the next day we were called and it was cancelled and the next. On Monday morning I called to find out what was going on. I was told that they would not service us. They would not call and tell me that. Not good customer service.
