Needed a 24 volt transformer to repair my system, in the middle of an ice storm, they were able to provide one on a Saturday, when no one else could.
Furnace went out called diversified in the morning and they came before noon that day and had it fixed the next day!! Very reasonably priced, definitely will use again if we have any other issues. Thank you Diversified!!
Am so thankful to diversified heating and cooling. I had a company that told me I would need a HOLE new furnace in minutes. Went about a month with using space heaters. Until my grandfather had me get a second opinion. I have 5kids not a lot of money. I called them up. They came the next day and took their time and find out I just need a part. They made sure to explain and insure me that I just need a part and NOT a HOLE system. They saved my family and I so much money. Thank you guys for your kindness, speed, compassion also the advice and education on my system. Thank you so much Thomas family
Bill came out on Christmas Eve, without hesitation. Communication and service were top notch! He had to order a part and was here first thing Monday to get it put in!

Bill was absolutely fantastic at making sure my gas furnace ended up working. He walked me through everything over the phone without having to even come out here. So very friendly also, highly recommend!

He was able to show me step by step what he was doing and explaining his thought process to me as he was working which was very useful as a first time, young homeowner. Our central air went out July 31st, and Bill and his son was out to our house August 1st to fix our issue. It did not take long to have our house cool again 🙂

Needed to upgrade both heating and air conditioning. Diversified placed order for our new units and had them installed in less than 2 weeks. They were very knowledgeable and professional in doing their job. I would definitely recommend them.

Matt was a real nice guy. Was a simple fix gladly(spider web in my burner orifice) apparently happens frequently.. They got to me the same day I called. Will use them for my hvac needs in the future for sure!
We recently moved back to the area to a house we have owned for 15 years. This house still had the original furnace (59 years old) and no A/C. We moved in first week of August and Bill, Matt and the guys worked hard to get us A/C as soon as possible. They replaced and disposed of that old beast of a furnace. They were great ... very polite, professional and kept us informed each step of the way and cleaned up when they were finished. Affordable, responsive, reliable ... good guys. And they were great with our skittish (previously abused) dog! Thanks guys!
