An absolute pleasure working with this company. Very professional and high quality work. Everything was routed nicely, visually appealing, and offered a best-of-both-worlds solution that was lacking with any other company I dealt with. Everything is working awesomely and concerns I raised were immediately handled. Would absolutely recommend and use again if ever it were needed. Replaced existing Geo with a new Geo and emergency gas furnace backup instead of the usual electric emergency heat.

I've used Doug and Hi-Tech multiple times. Once for a water heater replacement Then to address an issue with the anode on that unit (he addressed it for free). Finally, called him twice to repair a problem with my heating boiler. Every time, he or his crew were professional, timely, and took the time to explain things thoroughly. I'm a fan and will continue to call him when I have problems.
I would highly recommend Hi-Tech Heating. Doug was very respectful of both me and my time. Doug called ahead on both days to make sure I was home and to let me know when he was coming over. Doug did not try to pressure me with any service plan- like a nearby competitor did before. He was straight forward and friendly. I was very pleased with his work. I will def be calling him to check on my A/C this summer too.
Doug came out same the same day my furnace went out. He was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem very quickly talking me through everything he was doing. After the fix he continued to check over the unit making sure it was working properly. If any other issues should arise I will be calling Doug!
These guys were great. I discovered a pretty significant problem with the HVAC installation in my fairly new home that I bought as a new construction spec home. After quite a bit of troubleshooting I half expected them to tell me I'm screwed and not be able to help. Instead, their response was that they welcome a challenge and would find a way to fix the mess for me, and they did. They did a great job at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
Searched online for HVAC repair when our air conditioning quit last night. Saw great reviews for Doug and Gavin at Hi-Tech so I submitted a help request on their website because it was late at night. Doug called first thing in the morning and stopped by within an hour, knew the problem and quickly replaced the part and had the air conditioning unit running within a half hour. Absolutely one of the best and most professional contractors I’ve ever met and I highly recommend them. My unit was 24 years old but he didn’t try to pressure me to buy a new one because it’s old but instead was very honest that there was still life left in the unit and it is still working great. When the time to replace comes, I know I will be calling Hi-Tech.
Hi tech heating and cooling. Doug and Gavin are the best. My dad was in heating and cooling for 75 years and this was the first time that anyone has installed a furnace or air conditioning for my husband and me. It was always my dad. I have very high standards and they met everyone of them. Doug and Gavin did a fantastic job and we are very comfortable with our new air conditioner. I called Hi-Tech Heating and Cooling to come out and look at our air conditioner/furnace that had stopped working. He was knowledgeable on what was wrong, fixed it quickly, and did a great job explaining the issue to me. We also had him look into our leaking ac ducts and he again did a fantastic job with the repair. Doug is professional, trustworthy and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend because we will not be using any other heating and cooling company!
My AC unit stopped working on one of the hottest days of the year. Doug promptly returned my phone call and arrived to fix the problem that same day. He was friendly, prompt, and clean. He went above and beyond to not only fixed the problem, but also did an overall check on the unit and ductwork. I highly recommend Hi Tech Heating and Cooling for your HVAC needs.

Doug and his assistant came out and gave us a ton of good tips on how to circulate our heat and AC throughout the upstairs. Very affordable and also did a few extra things to make sure we were getting good heat/cooling in the upstairs bedrooms. Thanks Doug!

Doug and Gavin did a great job replacing our furnace. They had a new furnace in stock and installed it right away. They were recommended by a few friends, and I would recommend them as well.
Doug came out to evaluate and fix our broken furnace on a very cold January day. He called back same day and came out in the morning. He took the time to diagnose the problem, educate me on what was going on, and get us back into the "Heat" during the cold January day. Very professional and honest. I highly recommend this company and will use him again in the future for all my HVAC needs.
Out of all the contractors during the home building process, Doug was by far the best to work with. He provided us with a closed-loop Geothermal system and HVAC duct work throughout the home. He was professional and punctual the whole way through. He's very reliable and knowledgeable which was reassuring and gave me confidence in what was supplied. I would highly recommend Hi-Tech
I have been using Hi-tech for at least the last 5 years for various small boiler repairs and upgrades. Today, they replaced both my furnace and water heater all in one day. I am very pleased with the workmanship and the products they recommended.
