Blue Ray is always timely and provides very fair prices. Used them several times for commercial and residential work. Recommend highly.

When trying our AC in the new house for the first time we found that the cold air wasn't being pushed through the house but the unit outside was running. We contacted Blue Ray Mechanical Inc to set up an appointment. A technician came out to check out our AC on a colder day and said the problem seemed to be that the system was leaking Freon and we could either fill it or have it replaced because repair wasn't really an option. We opted to have the system filled and to get a quote for replacement. The technician started to fill it but stopped after a bit saying it was too cold out and the lines were freezing. I feel this is something he should have known would happen and just scheduled us for another day. We were charged for the freon he used and he said he would get us a quote and come back another day when it was over 50 degrees. It's been over a week and we haven't heard anything from them as of yet for a quote or scheduling another day to come out. We decided to trying running the AC the other day when it was warmer out and it's still not working. We will be using a different company. Add: We had a different company come to look at our AC and they found a burnt out wire on the system outside and mixed wires downstairs in the furnace. They replaced the burnt wire and fixed the mixed wiring and the AC is now running perfectly and they charged us A THIRD of what Blue Ray did. There was NO LEAK found in our system. We were also told by the other company that Freon may read as low on cold days. We were charged $360 by Blue Ray for an imaginary leak. The technicians at Blue Ray clearly don't know what they are doing, or at the very least the one they sent to our house was highly incompetent or purposefully dishonest and lacking in integrity!

Did an amazing job fixing the ducts to prevent attic debris from entering the house. Tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. Can tell he takes pride in his work and cleaned up all the mess he made too. Would recommend!
The initial install of our ductless heating and A/C system was not done correctly by our builder, so we used Blue-Ray Mechanical to repair the system. Their technician, Joe, was an absolute pleasure to work with, was sympathetic to our situation, and transparent regarding the challenges of getting the system fixed properly. I highly recommend Blue-Ray Mechanical, especially Joe, to anyone with ductless heating and A/C needs.
Converted an above stove microwave recirculating fan to an exterior duct exhaust fan. Great people for all your HVAC needs. Previously did new furnace install.

Absolutely five stars all the way around! Wes is a genius with steam boilers and I have total confidence and trust in him. I’ve also used them for a rooftop unit on commercial building and each and every time they are Prompt, professional, competent, and fairly priced. They are a throwback to the old days, the good old days! if the whole world operated the way Blu-ray did, we would only have a tiny fraction of the problems that we currently have. You are in good hands.
Sam and Wes at Blue Ray are the best! I have had a great experience with them at our office building over the past few years, and decided to call them for a second opinion on our home. I was previously quoted $600 plus (TBD), and Wes came out and took care of everything for the service call of $139. We are working on an addition and I will be having them give us a quote, in addition to the HVAC company the builder uses. Also, Taylor in the office is always responsive and personable. Will never use again. Had appointment on Monday. They called US to schedule for Saturday instead for THEIR convenience. Missed a call Saturday asking to call back. Called back office and service tech multiple times, left multiple messages, no call no show all day Saturday. Very upset for wasting our Saturday waiting for them to not only not show up, but to not call either. Do not recommend.
This company is horrible. Our AC went out 3times. Its clearly not the AC its the mechanic. Are you using used parts or something?? Just recently they thought they fixed the AC that stopped working again and they spent sooo long trying to fix it, only to clock out on a Thursday while it wasnt fixed. Didnt come back Friday,Saturday,or sunday then came back monday to fix it. I LIVE IN AN APARTMENT COMPLEX SO THE ENTIRE COMPLEX WAS OUT OF AC. THIS COMPANY IS UNRELIABLE. YOU SHOULD HAVE FIXED IT THE 1st TIME.
We couldn't be more pleased with our new HVAC system. Paul's advice and counsel resulted in the ideal system for our application and his team executed a professional installation. Paul's knowledge and experience made the process very uncomplicated. We researched our project thoroughly and ultimately decided the combination of Blue-Ray's team, product line and pricing was the best fit for us. Again, we couldn't be more pleased with the outcome.
Only experience with this company is witnessing bad freeway driving.
