Sunday hours on a holiday weekend saved the day. Gus was very thorough making sure I got the correct parts. Very patient and friendly.
The young gentleman who helped me on the phone and in store was great. Helped me get the right capacitor to swap out a universal one someone had previously installed in my condenser. Bonus that they’re open on weekends, very knowledgeable. I will be referring them to anyone I know needing parts moving forward.
I had to get an inducer motor the guys were awesome. They explained everything to me the project went perfect thanks to them

Incredibly difficult to deal with over the phone. It's very very hard to get someone who you can actually speak with regarding parts. You're on hold forever and you might not ever get anyone on the phone. Their voice recording says you can text questions to a # but when you text them no one responds. Very frustrating. Their website is extremely outdated and difficult to use as well. If I lived close enough to them I would definitely go there in person. Otherwise they're just very difficult to work with.

Extremely overpriced, price gouging really. Staff member I interacted with was not at all knowledgeable, though that is somewhat expected from a very young person. Update: fortunately I will not be found in customer records as once I was quoted over $30 for a $4 part I laughed in your face and walked out you probably thought I was desperate and tried to take advantage of me. I ordered the part online.
