I deal with this branch on an almost daily basis. Quick, knowledgeable staff and a good inventory of parts onhand. I haven't had any issues with the employees here at all. My only complaint against Trane Supply in general is that they closed the Kalamazoo branch, but that isn't the fault of the employees.

I won’t mention names but the guy I spoke with on the phone at this branch on 5/27 was a complete a-hole, no help whatsoever and played stupid in identifying a needed part. They treat you like a scab if you aren’t affiliated with Trane in some way. Not the first time this has happened either. I will never send anyone their way.
