Mike the owner has gone above and beyond for a series of unfortunate HVAC events. When my furnace started smelling unusual he had a technician over same day to diagnose and make sure it was safe. When they determined the furnace needed to be replaced, Mike gave me a great price to upgrade and had someone here within 24 hours to do a full replacement. He even showed up to help with the install. When my AC went out in the dead of summer, Mike came through again with a price that hands down was much better than the other big name companies in the area. He also once again had a technician here the next day to do the install. Won't go anywhere else but the Furnace Doctor for my HVAC needs in the future.

I wanted to update the review I posted early today from 1* to 5*, would have given a higher rating if possible😊 The owner, Mike, called me within a couple hours of my post on google to find out what caused me to write my original bad review. He apologized and arranged for another company to come out today to address the issue I was having with my furnace. He followed up with text messages and a voice mail to make sure I was receiving excellent customer service. What made his response so FANTASTIC was he did this while he was on vacation in Mexico. This man obviously takes a great deal of pride in his business and want to make sure his customers receive the highest level of customers service. The service technician that came to the house was very thorough and checked multiple things to make sure this issue was resolved before he left. Thank you Mike for caring so much about your company and your customers! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Normally I don't like to leave reviews like this, but I have given this business sufficient time to respond to my service call. I place a service call on Monday because my furnace was backfiring making noises loud enough to wake us up. No return call. Called again on Tuesday, No return call on Tuesday or Wednesday. Called again on Thursday and the call center listed it as a service call emergency and noted it was my third call. I even have a service contract with the company :( Let's see how long it takes them to respond or if they respond.....

I had the pleasure of working with Mike, one of the owners. We were told by another contractor that we needed a complete new HVAC system, but we weren't sure how legitimate it was. The other contractor's price was several thousand dollars higher than what the Furnace Doctor quoted. Mike took the time to explain our options without any hype, and as a former Engineer for a leading manufacturer, I strongly doubt that anyone has more knowledge about product capability or current technology than Mike! Every person we have encountered from The Furnace Doctor has been the ultimate Professional! They were courteous, friendly, and clean! They worked quickly and accurately, and didn't leave a mess behind. Mike took the time to answer all my questions about the units he proposed, and I appreciated that he didn't feel the need to oversell, but recommended just the right ones for our home. And even though his team was super busy with other service calls, he and his partner came out to do the installation of our products! He helped set up our new IoT devices on my wife's phone, and even came back a few days later to set them up on my phone, as well! That is very impressive, and going the extra mile to make sure he has satisfied customers! I strongly suggest you consider The Furnace Doctor the next time you need repair or replacement of your heating and cooling needs! I am confident that you will be more than satisfied with the results!

Zero Stars. First of all, I never post bad reviews online. I originally purchased a home humidifier (one you attach to your furnace) for our new home. We had a new born daughter and didn’t want the air to be dry for her during her first winter. Paid for a new unit and year service. They were eager to call and install, then immediately collect money. For the follow up service (the one paid for) they never showed. Basically, our money and never heard back. On top of that, Furnace Doctor never taught us how to operate the unit either. I then called a well known company to come and service. The service person told us Furnace Doctor never even turned on the water line to the humidifier. Basically, I paid for a unit that didn’t run all last winter. On top of that, I learned Furnace Doctor installed a broken humidistat and had bad wiring throughout as well. I wish I was joking about all of this. I would not recommend this company for any work. If you want to take a chance and pay this company for service, you’ll regret it like I did. ***UPDATE: In response your response, you’re right. I did call to schedule a service and NO ONE SHOWED UP on the scheduled appointment. I sat around waiting for two hours. Furthermore, when I DID CALL three times that day, no one in the office answered. Instead, your answering service assured I’d get a call back and I got nothing.

Mike, Scott, and Gage were awesome! Wednesday 1/30/19 was the worst day possible for someone to install a furnace with -30 wind chills and driving through roads that had almost 2 feet of snow on them. Gage, and Scott were true champions roughing out the weather and helping my family out. I can recommend the Furnace Doctor crew to anyone who has a problem with their furnace. Between the office staff and the guys working out in the field, everyone was professional and courteous. 10/5 if I could rate them. Thanks again!

I woke up to my house at 58 degrees and couldn't get the furnace to turn on. In the middle of snowmaggedon, and extremely busy, they had a technician in the area that was at my house within an hour or so. It actually ended up being (one of?) the owner, Mike, who was a great guy, super knowledgeable, and stayed to look at a couple things with the duct work I had questions on as we recently moved into this house. Highly recommend these guys, and I will be using them for all of my HVAC needs going forward.

Was working on my computer at 9pm when my Ecobee notified me in a message that it noticed that it was calling for heat form our furnace but the inside temp had gone down (3) degrees over the last hour. I called the number for emergency service on the side of my furnace. I had to wait about 10 rings but someone did answer the phone. They took my information and assured that someone would call soon. About 5 mins later, the owner of Furnace Doctor (Mike) called and dedicated 20 minutes to help me debug the problem so that they could make a service call more effective. The next morning, Morgan arrived (genius savant) to verify all discussion points Mike and I had. What he found was a simple starter capacitor had gone bad but was prepared to replace the circulator fan that we thought was failing. Morgan finished the inspection and serviced the furnace even with me hovering with curiosity.Thanks guys for the excellent service call.
