Dustin and Ben came out to install a new electrical boot and breakers on our existing electrical panel a couple of months ago. They were both very willing to answer my questions and allow me to watch what they were doing during their visit. They explained not only the process but the reasons why. We have now had both their HVAC and electrical technicians in our home. Their office staff is excellent too - taking care of everything from our payments to the necessary permits with the city to filing a rebate with our electrical company. I would highly recommend Service Professor!

Do not under any circumstances use this company, we spent 12,000 having our HVAC replaced 2.5 years ago and have had nothing but issues. The central air has never worked properly. The technician who came to fix our unit 6 months after having it installed said the previous employees were fired for bad work and our unit was not put in correctly. They claimed it was fixed and it worked the remainder of the summer. Last week it stopped working again and they said they would not come and repair it with out 200$ just to come look at it and the manager then hung up on my husband. I have never had a company who does not stand behind their work more than this one. They are crooks who do poor work and then charge you to repair things they did incorrectly. We will be seeking out legal services against this company. Please save your money and time and go with a different company who stands behind their services and does not try to charge you for their incompetence. Our unit is only 2.5 years old and not working. Please do not support this business.

Andrew presented the options for hot water heaters. He made shure I had all the information to make the right decision. I chose a tankless system. Blake came ahead of the plumbers to install wiring/electrical outlet for the water heater. He made sure all my questions were answered before leaving. Plumbers Jaylen and Rylee came to the tankless water heater installation. They kept me informed throughout the process and made sure all my questions were answered. Along with being good technicians, Blake, Jaylen and Rylee are just as important good people.

It was a pleasure to have Gregg and Ryan work at my home all day yesterday 10/13! What a great team of people Service Professional has! From the promised call ahead down to the final cleanup when done, these guys are great! I had big electrical issues that were resolved completely with the new service panel installation and rewiring as well as ceiling fan installs and some new outlets. Trust me, these guys know what they are doing! If I could give them 10 stars, that would be a beginning to express my satisfaction. For future projects there's no question they are my choice. I told some coworkers about my experience and one of them has said she would call for an estimate for electrical repairs! Thanks to Don, Steve, Gregg and Ryan...you guys are stellar!

Our initial service with Service Professor was great. The electrician came out and diagnosed why our main breaker keeps blowing. He offered to get us a quote on bringing our panels up to code and replacing them with 1 panel. We never got the quote and when we asked Service Professor told us that we don't have any electrical issues and did not need a quote. As well as I (a woman) made the call for them to come out, I put my name on the bill and paid it, I met the electrician and was in my basement with him for an hour and we just got a hand written thank you note addressed to my husband. As well as my husband and I both asked for our quote and he was the only one responded to. The #1 way to lose a woman as a customer is to not treat her the same was you would treat a man and I was not treated equally by this company. We have agreed that we will not be calling Service Professor ever again for anything and will make sure not to recommend them to others.

Timely. Nick was here ftom 8 am until 11 am. He came to fix a pipe leak and proceeded to try to sell me a new water heater. He showed me pictures of a badly corroded water heater on his phone. Since I am unable to go downstairs I could not see for myself. I called my appliance warranty program. Their plumber fixed the pipe. Nothing wrong with the water heater. This was verified by another source.

Let me tell everyone something, this company is AMAZING and I used all caps because it’s true. Landyn came with Natalie. Natalie was so professional and you can tell she knew what she was talking about. I would choose this company over any company. I also had the pleasure of meeting a couple other coworkers of theirs. Tanner and Rich and Don they all came to my house, and I will all have them again. I’m not a people person really so me saying that is a lot. They were beyond great. And if you need any work done, I would definitely call the service professors.

Let me start by stating Brandon Elliott did a fantastic job. Our issues were not with him. Our issues were that it took 3 appts to complete our service call ti repair a home bathroom toilet and leaking shower facet. A part had to be ordered. We never received a call when the part came in. We had to call to inquire about when we could expect our service to be completed. Brandon happily came out a second time only to find out there we a couple more issues with the new part, that he gladly made right. Then he had no problem coming out for a third time because the faucet just wasn’t working exactly. He was kind, apologetic and gladly made it right. My complaint is back to the beginning when no one called us to inform us the part was in. And dealing with the call center trying to set up service calls was inconvenient. We continuously played phone tag trying to actually talk to someone to set up service calls. We pay for Service Professor monthly service plan with the idea that we would have access to sooner service appointments and not have to wait so long to actually get someone out to our house. Not sure what that monthly contract payments covers. We will be looking into keeping that or cancelling that contract. I hate to think if our original service request would have been a bigger project, how long it would have taken and more of an inconvenience
