My wife and I had R&R add AC to our home. The technicians were fantastic. The work they did was fast, looks great, and they were super informative. Couldn’t be happier with our choice.
Matt has come to our home twice a year to do maintenance on our heating and cooling. He is a very personable guy who is very thorough and competent. His customer service is what keeps us coming back to R & R for service. Thank you Matt!

Highly recommend. We bought a new (to us) home and had one of their crews out to replace AC unit and enhance furnace efficiency. They were in communication the whole time, always on time, returned until the job was complete, and were clean and very professional. Would absolutely use them again without hesitation.
We were worried about a gas smell from our dryer and surrounding pipes so called R&R. Having never been a customer of theirs before they got a technician out to us next day. Matt was very friendly and helped test and run through any possible issues to resolve our concerns. Thankful for their service!
The team at R&R Mechanical is fabulous! We have been using R&R since 2019 for our two unique homes with original construction dating back to 1948 and additions as new as 2020. Our heating and cooling systems are complicated with multiple furnaces and air conditioners. R&R has repaired old equipment and installed new equipment as needed and gives us advice to help keep our systems running efficiently. Everyone with whom we've worked including Julian, Matt, Joe, Rolando, Jerry, Gumé, and Elizabeth have been professional, knowledgeable, courteous and kind. It feels great knowing we cant trust them all to do a great job and to stand behind their products and services!!
Matt with R&R performed a tune up on my high efficiency furnace. He took the time to explain the different parts of the service and how his work improved the performance and prevented future issues. Great service. I like their friendly professional culture at R&R too!
They had my brand new furnace up & running within a day we ran into a few issues but they professionally made sure I was well taken care of highly recommended company!
They also installed a new water heater, EXCELLENT WORK!
This Company is great, from the receptionist to the person giving an estimate to the techs who install. My husband and I have been using R&R for years now since we owned our first property which is now a rental. Recently we purchased a new high efficiency furnace for the property we live in. We are very satisfied once more with their service. Socorro and Luis with Van 21 were the technicians who installed the furnace and were very organized, clean, and efficient. R & R Mechanical Services installed a new furnace and ac for us at our house. Everyone has been professional, polite and helpful. The installers Anthony and Dante spent about three days in our basement getting every hooked up. They made sure we had heat from the first day and they kept everything nice and tidy. I was given updates each day, and if I had questions they answered them. We are happy with our choice and we recommend their services to others.

The two gentlemen came in and installed the bathroom vent and we're gone in two hours. Speedy service!
I was extremely pleased with the whole installation experience provided by R & R. The staff was attentive to keeping us informed, careful to install our system correctly and there was no installation mess to cleanup. R&R takes pride in their work!

Tony and Donte replaced my A/C until, they were knowledgeable, friendly and professional as well as everyone that I dealt with in the process. R&R also replaced my furnace and hot water heater last year. I will continue to use R&R.
