ProTech was amazing! Put us on the schedule right away and made the process of switching to a new AC unit so easy! They worked fast and efficiently even in 90+ Temps. We appreciated all their hard work and will be going to bed in a cool house!
We had a dryer vent issue and PRO - tech did a great job of replacing the damaged pipes from many years of being used. The dryer is MUCH happier to be running now 😊

ProTech Heating and Cooling came out same day to fix the issue with our AC unit. John our tech, was fantastic. Explained HVAC to us and diagnosed the problem in a very easy way to understand. He proposed a few solutions to us, and we were able to make the call with the best fix, for our budget. No over-selling, no pushy tactics, and incredibly fast and professional service. I had a furnace installed a year ago, then had an Air Conditioner this year. Both jobs were excellent, also had a water heater installed also. This company goes above n beyond! The clean up was also great. Friendly employees!! I’m glad they have done all my major updates. Nice to have all under warranty also. Thanks again Pro Tech!! You live up to the name!! Outstanding service. They were willing to just fix the 18 year old furnace. No questions asked. No pressure sales just let’s fix it. Once I told them I would like to install a new one. They had one in stock and took great care installing the new one. I’m not from the area. They treat you like family. Prices are fair. But the service is the best. Buy with no fear. They will back up the work.

They were absolutely amazing! Came out immediately, very thorough inspection, and great install. They arranged every step of the way and made a stressful situation much easier to get through. Would highly recommend!
Not a good experience. We were told we would not have to pay for a part if it didn't fix our furnace. Even though we thought the problem was the gas valve, the tech thought it was the igniter module board - a $485 part plus labor. Turns out it was the gas valve. Not only did we not get the part refund, they won't return our phone calls. My advice, shop around. We found significantly better prices elsewhere.
Everyone was completely professional. Installers new their job well, replacement was done quickly and to perfection, highly recommend this company will use them again.
I love that when you call a real person answers on the first ring. They service older furnaces without pushing to replace them, which we really appreciated. Of course ours went out during storm, however they were still able to fit us into their schedule. Just going through their reviews, have you ever seen so many five star reviews anywhere? How outstanding do you have to be in this world of complaining about everything, to get so many amazing reviews? They should take a bow. 😊
