When my AC system suddenly stopped working, I reached out to them for help. Their response was prompt, and they quickly diagnosed the issue!
Abdu arrived on time. HVAC didn't work. He found some wires that needed repair at the condenser. He was here 2.5 hours. But couldn't get the HVAC running. Another company found that the transformer & thermostat needed replacing.
He did a wonderful job on fixing and replacing the disconnect system.
I'm always so pleased with the customer service I receive from this company when I contact them with questions or concerns about my air conditioning system. They always give me detailed answers and helpful advice.

Service and work was great. They helped us out right away with our AC. The only big issue was at the very end when they wrapped up working on our AC today, they left our door open while we were at work. We come home to this (see picture). Very upset!

Was able to get same day service. Other guys were a week out on appointments. Price - Outrageous. $950 to run a single wire from unit to furnace. They say $89 diagnostic, then price from there.
They're hands down one of the most reliable companies I've ever worked with. I needed them to be there at a specific time for an AC repair, and they showed up right on time!
I just have to share how amazing the technicians from Peak are. When they came to my house, I had a few bags of groceries to carry inside, without even being asked, they jumped in and helped me bring everything in. It was such a kind and unexpected gesture that made my day.

Javi was absolutely amazing when he came out today, took time to replace a switch on my furance, looked into the air conditioner and furnace for me. Answered all my questions with honesty and even told me to call on a hot day after we've been able to evaluate our air conditioner properly! Got me up and working quickly! I would definitely recommend peak Heating and cooling to friends and family!

They came on time gave me a bid started the work that afternoon and finished the next day they were friendly and professional while at my house they cleaned up as they were installing my new furnace and ac ! I'm very pleased with their way of doing bussiness !
