The work was excellent, and everyone we met was extremely friendly and professional. I'm definitely calling back for any future work after updating out 23 year old AC unit.
I’m sure they do a good job, but I recommend shopping around. Prices are around 2x what you should be paying. This is the new game in plumbing, but it’s not right.
Eli came out to fix an error made by a different company in venting a toilet, reconnecting an exterior spigot that was terminated by accident, and fixing our main bath showerhead that was turning on when the diverter was not engaged. We were really happy with how quickly the work was scheduled, and Eli's thoroughness in resolving the issues. When one attempt to correct the venting problem didn't fully fix the toilet gurgling noise, he came back to troubleshoot and try a different method that did work. We expect to hire them again soon for repairs in our basement bathroom :)
Colton stopped over to the house to fix the air-conditioning. Very knowledgeable and professional. Recommend.
Great service and communication. Service tech came out (Cole) and did a thorough job of inspecting my AC system and making recommendations (no pressure). Guided me through a thermostat upgrade as well. Highly recommended and love they support the charity Folds of Honor.

I’m so happy with the work Chris did installing my new hot water heater! He was on time, and worked quickly to get me back to having hot water! He was professional and didn’t leave a mess. I feel price was fair and I highly recommend this company.
Jake came out and replaced a toilet for my company, he was super-fast, detail oriented, and did a great job of explaining exactly what needed to be done, he also did a great job of making it happen! Now we finally have a working toilet after not having one for months. Thanks again, Jake :)

These guys are nice, but way expensive vs the many other plumbing companies which do the same quality work for less.
Not only was Chris able to fix the problem, he also was conscientious in walking me through why this occurred and how to help prevent in the future. On top of that, he was tidy and efficient throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend.
Had water heater issues. Called Daniel and he sent a tech to come look about an hour from our initial call. Chris came out and determined water heater was no good and he and Daniel had it replaced and brought up to code within 2 hours. I’ve had them do previous work in my home and they’re always my first call due to timely service and professionalism. Total down time without hot water was maybe 4 hours. Great work.
Eli and Chris helped me winterize and re-open a property that had been vacant and worked with me regarding an issue with city water. I would recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing help.
A few years agon LMM installed a new sump pump with a city water driven backup pump. Last night it was put to the test as the power went out while the pump was emptying the sump pit every 60-90 seconds. The city water backup sprung into action and kept our basement from flooding. Thanks for the great suggestion Daniel Vanderhyde, you saved our basement!
Came to give us a quote on AC for our home. He was very informative, very detailed in looking over each room that would need ducks for the AC. Asked us for questions or concerns often. Never any pressure for a decision. We are very pleased with the time he spent with us and all the details he had for us.
Obviously we paid a premium for holiday rate, but their service was fantastic. Availability, on time arrival, a very thorough explanation of the problem and choices available to me, plus a very useful analysis on the condition of other components on my system. Sadly I marked them down because of their failure to follow up. Based on the age of the furnace, the parts the technician identified as likely to fail next and that we were only half way through winter, I wanted a replacement system ASAP, the technician said he would come back out in a couple of days (Remember he was there on a holiday) and quote a replacement system for us, unfortunately that never happened so after seeing an ad on TV we called Jacobson, they came out and quoted the same day we called and then installed the next day
I'd recommend their services to anyone in the Grand Rapids area. Any time I've called, they're able to get someone to my house quickly. Very happy with their service

We woke up Saturday morning with no heat in our home with the outside temperature at 10 degrees. We called Lake Michigan heating and the had a truck here at 10:30, and the heat back on by 12:30. Communication was excellent. They came back the following week and did some recommended maintenance on the boiler so that it would be in top shape for the future. All questions were answered and the work seemed really good. Mary was our technician and she was friendly and informative.
