Joe was wonderful and took good care of us and the situation we had.
At the end of spring, I contacted the company about getting an AC wall unit. A guy came over and took some measurements and said it's hard to find and would be several months. He was very professional and I was in no hurry so I would get back in the fall. So I have been trying to get a call back going on 3 weeks. 1st time - no answer 2nd time - no one was around and call back later 3rd time- man answered and directed me to a female associate voice-mail 4th time- The person that did the visit originally isn't around and took my information and would call me back. I am going on 3 weeks and have still not gotten a call back even after either giving my info or leaving a voice-mail. The guy that did the initial visit and consultation was great, but apparently getting something as simple as an update or a call back is too much trouble for the company.
Joe came to our home to repair a leaking shower. He was excellent. Very thorough and explained everything. Gave me advice for future repairs. I highly recommend Joe at Kentwood plumbing
Kentwood Plumbing & Heating is a pleasure to work with. We have used Kentwood to install a bathroom in our basement and also service our heating and cooling equipment at our office. John is an excellent resource. He is always quick to respond to service requests and consistently offers sage advice regarding plumbing & heating issues. Thanks for your help John!

Just had a bathtub clog and leak repair done today and could not be happier with the service I received. Prompt, informative, and friendly customer service. Scheduled and completed the same day. Protect this business at all costs!
These guys are amazing! They typically have appointments available within a couple days if not the day of. They are fast, professional, and effective. I've never had a single issue with any of the work they have done! They are also very reasonably priced and extremely courteous. Highly recommend!
I called to ask questions about their services. Before I could even get the question out, I was interrupted and asked "are you with a commercial company." When I told him I was with a property management company he said "we don't do work for companies like yours." When I asked for more information he acted very annoyed to the point I had to ask if he had a bad experience with our company. He said "no, but can you just ask your question".... I suppose when there is a shortage of quality workers you can be a jerks to callers. Update: Scott called and apologize later that day for having a bad day. I increased the star rating based on that.

I liked their service and pricing....however, nobody has reached out to see if the 5k+ I spent on 2 jobs are functioning properly. To me....that's BAD customer service. Highly doubt....because of that reason alone....I won't do business with them in the future.

We had a repair man come over 3 times, to diagnose our furnace over a period of close to a week. It ended up being a gas valve . Cost $ 800.00.
