We had central AC installed by Jacobson. Their quote was very reasonable and their service was friendly and professional. Eric, Tim, and Ross did a quick and efficient job. I would definitely recommend giving them a try.
I can't say how impressed I am with the service we just had from Jacobson Heating and Cooling. Our Home A/C was not cooling our house for several days and I called them this morning. They were able to come out that same day and do the repair. Eric, from Jacobson's was here at our house, looked our system over and fixed the issue. He was honest with us, professional and explained in detail what the issue was. The repair was quick and we weren't pressured for any up selling on any additional equipment. It's nice to see a business like this and we plan on using them in the future. Thank you Jacobson and Thank you Eric.
So, Ben was here for our yearly AC checkup and found issues with our 2005 unit (installed by Jacobsons). Explained what was occurring and suggested it was time to replace. We requested someone give us a call and that same day Jeff came out and looked at our system and gave us quotes for 2 different A/C units. No pressure just good info. Did our research then called Jeff and he was able to get us on the schedule that week! Matt and James did great job on install. Hoping this Carrier unit will last as long as the one we replaced!
I called Jacobson's after hours as soon as I realized my air conditioning wasn't working. The technician was out the next day to replace the part and now everything is cool again.
We used Jacobson's for our replacement HVAC in our previous, much larger home 10 years ago. That home required two A/C units and 2 furnaces. In our current home, our 20 year old A/C needed replacement and we got 2 assessments of our needs and quotes. Choosing Jacobson's was easy. Tom was on point, gave practical advice on what made sense for our job and our projected timeline in the home. Their honest approach was appreciated. There are other services that were discussed like furnace and hot water heater replacement. Contrary to the other vendor/salesmen quote, the idea of replacing the entire HVAC system was dismissed as unnecessary, particularly since we replace the heat exchanger on the furnace 2 years ago and we have had no problems. Our installers who performed the installation and did a professional and efficient job, and were a pleasure to work with.
Tyler came out on time and was able to to take care of a small gas leak on the pipe headed to the furnace , quick , professional, and made sure all of my questions where answered
Jacobson has always serviced our furnace and AC - in our last house and now in our new house. They have provided excellent service and products. Mike and Greg installed our new furnace and AC and were easy to work with and professional.

James and Michael were our installation team. They showed up at the exact time we were told they would. They immediately got everything set up and ready to install, which included laying down long mats to help keep the floors nice and clean. Both very task oriented, yet also friendly. We were amazed at how quickly they completed the installation.
I called Jacobson today after getting a furnace tune-up from another company. The other company told me I needed a new furnace (and water heater! and possibly air conditioner), and they said I needed to decide NOW or the deal would fall through. I finally got them to leave and called Jacobson. They called me back quickly and gave me the honest truth... They said I'm probably good for a few more years, just need to change the filter more frequently. When the time comes to replace or repair, I'm going with Jacobson for sure! (I spoke with Tom on the phone at Jacobson. Thanks Tom for your honesty! You gained a customer, and I'm telling everyone to use you guys!)
Called for a furnace that wasn't blowing hot air anymore. The lady that answered the phone was very sweet and attentive in making her notes. Was expecting to have to be without heat for a bit, but surprisingly they got someone out that same day within a few hours. Richard S. arrived, put on his shoe covers and got right to work. He was pleasant and helpful explaining what was happening with the furnace. Got it back running like it should, did his air quality checks, and was out the door after payment (price seemed fair.) Highly recommend this company for your HVAC issues.

Been with Jacobsons heating & cooling for years and just had a new Daikin furnace and AC replacement! Greg and Carl did an awesome install without missing any details. We always can expect quality and friendly service from the great company of Jacobsons h & c. Would recommend them to everyone!
The technician showed up on time and quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. He had all the parts in his van. The cost of repair was 3 times lower than what another company quoted. Will definitely use again.
Great, professional service and installation. Fair and upfront pricing. Installers Mike & James took good care of our home moving everything in and out of the basement. Everyone was concerned with correcting a couple different things installed incorrectly on the previous furnace, not because of any extra charges, but to make it right.
Jacoson’s was very responsive to our furnace issue during the blizzard and cold right before Christmas. They came out right away and assessed the situation and got us working again. Tim and Ross did a great job removing our 20 year old furnace and installing a new one the very next week. We would highly recommend Jacobson‘s for any of your HVAC issues.
Started with a great experience with Jeff. He assessed our situation and needs and gave us options, Jeff is not high pressure, based on our needs he actually talked us out of paying unnecessarily for a variable speed motor option, again based on our needs, he also advised we didn't need to replace our A/C at the same time, no other company we spoke to made those suggestions. And finally when he realized my wife and I were on the verge of making a decision he left the room to give us privacy to discuss. We weren't an emergency, but he had availability the next day which was very convenient for us, our install team was Mark and James, they arrived promptly as promised at 8.30, there was a very polite introduction and run through of the scope of the work, we gave them access via the back door and left them to it, as promised they were done before 2. Clean up was good and they gave me a basic run through of the new furnace before leaving. It's only been a couple of weeks but we love the new furnace. We bought the Daikin 96% 2 stage gas valve, while replacing our furnace we wanted to make sure we got comfortable and even heat distribution. Per Jeff's recommendation we got what we wanted, a super quiet system and a more even heat throughout. Also, pricing of the various options was the out the door price and that's exactly the price we paid upon completion
Rich and Tony are great to work with. They are very transparent, responsive, respectful, and do not try to sell you/upsell you on things you don't need. Rich found the root issue with our furnace that was easily fixed / much less expensive than what two other companies recommended we do. I highly recommend Jacobson and Rich specifically as a technician!
