Got an estimate on repairs to the ac unit. Set up appt to discuss replacement. Seth was very professional and knowledgeable. Whatever we do I'm sure we will use Grapids.
We were having issues with our ac in my home, so i called around and most places were booked. I came across grapids and they got me a technician to come out same day!!!!! Melissa our technician was very through and answered any questions me and my fiancé had. i really appreciated her help and the quick responses from the company. great first impression!
Seth was very nice , knowledgeable and explained the problem on our AC unit and the options . However when Molly came out, she was very nice, and very pushy, absolutely turn us both my husband and myself off. She was using everything she had to get us to buy the combo unit, heat and cooler. Not happening. Had a retired neighbor come and took care of the problem and it's running just fine. Save us thousands of dollars.
OMG I recommend this company’s from beginning to end! They were prompt comparable in pricing and so so kind and considerate. Cleaned everything up and w lol was just very kind and that means so much now a-days! Thank you all
Called to have a gas line replaced. I was told that it would be 97 plus materials. When I called back to schedule an appointment, I was told that a check of my furnace and A/C would be included since they are a HVAC company. I wasn’t going to decline the free check. Long story short, the tech had no clue about the gas line, preformed the furnace and A/C check, charged me the 97 dollars, told me my A/C condenser was shot, estimated it would be 2k to fix, and to top it all off… Then said it would be almost 500 for someone to come out for the gas line. So I had to pay for a service I never even wanted. What happened to the 97 + materials quote I received over the phone for the gas line? I am a new home owner and we entertained a free estimate the same day for a new HVAC system from this company and the salesmen started with a 30k quote eventually came down to 15k, then used high pressure used car salesmen tactics on us to try and have us sign with them that day. (30k for a 1500sq ft home….) And told us he would only give the 97 back if we went with them for the new furnace and A/C. Lastly, we had a new company come out for free to take a look at the A/C unit that was supposedly unusable and would never provide us with cold air. The new company found that the only thing that’s wrong with it was that some of the wires needed to be replaced and it needed a tune up. Now that it’s warm out, the A/C has been up and running with 0 issues. I feel scammed for sure. I reached out to some locals since I am new to the area, I shared my experience and it’s sad to say that they were not shocked by this and even called out which company I was talking about before I could say the name.
I do not trust this company, this is the second time they tried to rip me off. The first time was when I needed them to tune up my AC it’s fairly new and they tried to tell me I needed work on it. Do today they came to fix the leak under my sink and wrote it up an estimate for over $1700 and said everything underneath the sink was not up to code. “LIE” I had it inspected by the city when it was replaced a year ago. And while the technician was here she wanted to look at the furnace and water heater…For what, that’s not why I called you out here. Total ripoff 😡 She was more focused on checking out my furnace and water heater for some reason.
Annalise was great! Fast yet thorough. Sale on water heater maintenance was a nice surprise and saved me work I was procrastinating. Thanks for helping keep our systems in tip top shape!

Grapids rescheduled my appointments twice in one week and charged for both quotes. Charges for quotes varied from $20-$40 and we're never disclosed upon making an appointment. Very unprofessional business practice to blind side customers with hidden charges.
All the employees I interacted with were very professional. They were able to provide service quickly and with a great price. Everything went smoothly. I highly recommend them.
The price was good, the workers were friendly, skilled, and were careful to look out for our best interests. Overall they did a great job and I would not hesitate to use them in the future.
Called them out because my ac unit was not working. They quoted over 4k in repairs or $9,500 to replace. Politely declined and contacted a second business. They fixed it for $90 and said if I did need a new ac unit down the line it would be $6,500.
We had an appointment for a technician to come out and tune up out air conditioning system this morning. He was on time and explained everything that needed to be done. He did not push any services, and we will plan on having some things done in the near future to maintain our system.
Appreciate the great customer service! Brandon did our annual tune-up and is an excellent service technician. He is extremely knowledgeable as well as kind, considerate and patient in making sure all our questions were answered.
Manalo was very professional and friendly. As a first time homebuyer he really took the time to go over any questions I had and to thoroughly go over all of our heating and cooling concerns. Would recommend this service to anyone. (Ac/Furnace tuneup)
Very happy WITH GRAPIDS Home Service, I had central air installed, and a power panel upgrade done, and the crew was very good, and they asked if I had any questions throughout the installation, I would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them to others. I also had a sleeve liner placed In my sewer Line, and they were just as professional, so thanks to Grapids for hiring great people.
I had an 18yr standard 40gal water heater that went out. I called Grapids, which I found via internet. Called them Monday morning to start what I thought would be a forever process in todays world! Called them at 1230pm. By 230pm someone was at my home. After we covered all my options, I chose tankless. ITS awesome by the way! Within 24hrs after my consult, I had a new system installed. I must also mention. I wasn’t home for the install. Though this is my first experience with this company, they have my vote and 5 stars for service and simple courtesy! Thanks Grapids.
Fantastic service from the moment I made the first call. Schedulers were polite and kept me well informed.about my appointment. My service tech (Manalo) was awesome. He walked me through every aspect (with camera) of the inspection on both my furnace and AC. He explained things carefully and always made sure to ask if I had any questions before moving in. Very knowledgeable. Very professional.
Melissa was Excellent! I am a newer home owner so don't know much about this stuff but she explained as she went along and in the end I found as home owners we can keep our systems running properly by simply having our furnace/AC cleaned and inspected yearly. I would rather be proactive to keep them running than have to buy new systems costing several thousands of dollars. Thanks Grapids!!
Brandon with Grapids Home Services was amazing to work with. I scheduled an AC tune up to make sure my unit was good to go for the rest of the summer. Brandon walked me through everything in terms that I could understand, verified where I was all set and highlighted what I should keep an eye on moving forward. 10/10 experience, I’ll definitely hire Grapids Home Services next year and hopefully Brandon will be my technician again.
