Installed a new furnace & AC for me. The guys were super professional and had very neat work
Design installed my new AC unit and they were great. They were on time, very professional, and they kept me updated on their progress during the install. We are extremely pleased with the experience and the results!
My builder used this company for HVAC installation, after a year AC was not working and I was keep on calling for last 12 days and there use no response from them. I would suggest all the builder and families, don’t use this company. They doesn’t know the meaning of emergency. Still I am making calls to them due to the warranty period.
If you are looking for an HVAC company to work with, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere. We have had continuous issues with our brand new furnace since moving in. Our furnace completely stopped working in the middle of the winter two times, service technicians admitted that the furnace was initially wired improperly, water line was not hooked up to humidifier, etc. Technicians have been on-site upwards of 10 times with no answers to our problems. Upon reaching out multiple times this winter with no response, I had our builder try to get ahold of them for assistance. Design told the builder to “fly a kite” and refused to offer any further assistance. We ended up using another HVAC contractor who fixed all of our issues quickly and without question. Overall, terrible installation, terrible knowledge of their product, terrible customer service. Work with anyone else, please!
I am currently 4 hours without heat. I had to turn off my furnace fir it is making an odd noise like metal banging together. I’ve called 5 times and now no one is answering the phone. 24/7 service my behind.
Like another review this week, our builder used this company to install our home’s HVAC system. Our AC is struggling to keep the house cool so I have left 2 messages with their answering service and completed their on line service request form. Have not heard anything from them. I would strongly recommend not using this company as they do not stand behind their work. UPDATE: Just had my issue corrected by another HVAC contractor who quickly and correctly diagnosed and corrected the issue. New contractor stated problem was caused by improper initial install of my AC unit by Design Heating and AC and could have been found if proper testing was conducted after install. Very disappointed in Design.
This company was used by our builder to install our HVAC system. 4 years later our AC stopped working and after a week with 3 messages left with their in person answering service and one online service request I STILL haven't heard back from them. Their website says 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. HA!
