Annual service for my furnace and a/c is a bit costly but the prompt and courteous service personnel can't be beat.
My install technicians were great, everything went well, cleaned up after work was done and very courteous!

Alex had no idea as to what was wrong with the humidifier system on my furnace. He arrived and didn’t waste any time checking to see what was the problem. He had to work around a wet basement and all the buckets and towels I had on the floor. Once he finished checking out the furnace and humidifier, he explained to me what the issue was how it occurred and what he needed to do to fix the problem. I’m very thankful you have a competent employee working for you who knew how to find the problem what he needed to fix the problem and then fix it. Thank Alex and BelAire. Rosa Staeven

First class organization. Have used them several times over the last couple years for a complete heating / A/C install and regular inspections since. Perfect service every time. I would not call anyone else.

I have had Bel-Aire service our heating and cooling for several years. They always do a great job. Ellis is always professional, on time and courteous. When my 30+ year furnace finally needed replacement, Bel-Aire gave me several options and let me decide which system to select and was prompt with installation. My home is actually warmer than with the previous unit and my utility bill is lower with the efficiency unit I selected.
Brandon was an excellent technician. Professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He represented Bel Aire well!
