I had the pleasure of having Lisa come to my house this morning to fix my AC unit. I called them yesterday, late afternoon, and she was there at 8:00 am, just as promised. She knew exactly what the problem was as soon as she looked at it and fixed it very quickly. She checked out our furnace and water heater while she was here, as well. On top of being an excellent technician, she was extremely personable and so sweet. I hope to have her back should we even need it again. They also offer a very reasonable service plan for maintenance that we could not turn down. Service Professor goes above and beyond what you'd ever expect. I would recommend them to anyone. I very much appreciated George coming out to re-evaluate our plumbing issue. He provide concise details and offered suggestions for us. Took the time to remediate the issue we had that was not necessarily taken care of the first time. When we called we were very upset .....because we had water that we could not shut off...George came very quickly, calmed our nerves...and found a solution. We are so thankful for a business that cares so much about their customers and is honest !!! At the end of our (journey), Josh totally restored our FAITH In Hedlund, the company we had been with for years !!! Josh is an amazing addition to the Hedland team.
They have become our go-to plumbing resource. Calls and questions are answered promptly and clearly and service is scheduled promptly when needed. Recently we had our hot water tank go out over holiday weekend. Their on-call staff were quite helpful and we decided to, based on their advice, wait through the weekend to replace the heater rather than get temporary possibly pointless but expensive emergency service. The next working day they responded promptly and the new heater was installed that same day. Keegan was professional and efficient while also friendly and quite communicative and clear when questions were asked. He showed extraordinary care in cleanup, down to wiping up footprints on the wood floor. This is why we go to them and why we will continue.
We had an issue with our water heater and the guys that were servicing it noticed the breaker to the water heater was out so they called in Steve to take a look and he was able to find the solution and fix it in a matter of minutes! Not to mention he noticed another short circuit we’ve been having issues with and had a solution for that also. Definitely recommend!
I always request John when I need a plumber. He explains what needs to be done, and competently fixes the problem.
