Nick has done work for myself, my family, and several friends. From plumbing fixes, sump pumps, water heaters, furnaces, and central air, to the complete updating of a duct work system. I have seen the before and after of work he has done, his knowledge and work ethic are very evident. Something else I was very happy with were his prices. He came on short notice one time on a weekend, and he was very reasonable with what I was charged.
I’ve been looking for an HVAC Resource and received very good feedback regarding this group. Looking forward to working with them in the future!
My furnace went down and called this company and came quick and gave the best price I found to replace my furnace. Had me up and running next day. Nick is the owner and a joy to work with
Complete Comfort came out to my remote location and fixed my furnace, replaced my vent piping and also helped with some plumbing repairs. I would highly recommend this business to anyone.
Complete Comfort saved me when my old furnace died and were able to install my new furnace within a couple days. They were professional and honest; Nick even told me that my existing humidifier was the same one he would install and saved me a considerable amount of money! But even more importantly, I appreciated his honesty and will definitely be using Complete Comfort again in the future.
Nick and John are my go to. They provide an outstanding level of customer service and are very knowledgeable. They are always looking out for the customer, and only have what is in the best interest of the customer. They do it all. Today is probably the 10th time they have been out for misc. issues over the years. Today was the tankless hot water heater. They came out and flushed it and got it back in working order. Would highly recommend Complete Comfort. They are the only ones who I would/do call!!! Thanks again guys!
Woke up to a cold house and a dead furnace one morning. After 4 days of waiting for help from someone else, it was in the 40’s in my house. I sent out a plea for help and Nicholas responded almost immediately. He quickly found the problem, showed me the part and explained the issue. Went to his shop and had the part to fix it, cleaned it all out and within a couple hours my house was heating up. My daughter, animals and I appreciate his quick and thorough work.
Nick, the owner is quick to take payment for his work ,but he will not repair the problem. He refuses to fix a Mitsubishi split unit that was installed by him. When he has to repair something on his dime he refuses to come back and answer phone calls because , customer satisfaction doesn't matter to him . You Have Been Warned !
Called many places an nobody wanted to help me. However i called Nick and him an his employee John showed up within the hour found the problems fast an had my Ac working in no time. We were looking to replace our furnace and AC unit and decided to contact three local contractors to review our needs and quote us prices on various solutions. Nick visited our house and analyzed our current furnace and AC and asked if it was alright if he could email a quote in a couple days. Unfortunately , I was unable to review Nicks prices in our decision because I haven't received his proposal. The other two contractors proposals were given with in hours of the visit. Reliability and professionalism is important to us with such an important purchase.
