I personally know the outstanding people that work here, they keep my furnace running. Also they have done furnace replacements I would recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC work done or radon systems.

Our technician, Drake, was prompt for our appointment. I had the original installer out a couple of times to resolve the problem and they could not. My problem was not simple. My boiler groaned upon turn down. It was very loud and annoying and at times vibrate the floor above. It took him a couple of hours of testing, consulting with the manufacturer, making adjustments and finally determining that a gas pressure valve needed some attention. I was very pleased with the results. The groaning is now gone. I am very pleased and would recommend the Sharon Co to others that need HVAC work. Thank you for a job well done.
Sharon's came out and installed a humidifier onto our furnace. They were extremely professional and kind. The HVAC gentleman answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable. Great service!

They came to do a furnace tune-up through consumers energy. Everything was good other than they didn't replace the filter on my furnace. They said it was due to the weather , as they couldn't get to the place they pick it up. Which I understood completely, bit it would have been nice if they'd offered to come back to do that since it was part of the tune-up. Other than that I have no complaints.

It took several places in order to get a HVAC place that would service a Fuel Oil furnace. They had appointments available much sooner than other places I had called. Price was a little higher than the HVAC for my job but the earlier appointment was worth it. Nathan called when he was on his way and gave an accurate estimated time for arrival based on his arrival. He was much younger than I had assumed would be out to do the tune up on my Fuel Oil Furnace. He was on time, professional, and did a great job. He knew exactly what he was doing and made me feel like he did. He was friendly and didn't make a mess. I would gladly have Nathan come out to service any of my HVAC equipment and would 100% recommend him to anyone I know. As a result I had an excellent experience with Sharon's Heating & Cooling. Give this young man a raise or a bonus or something. You need to keep him because he is the future and a shining example of a good person and a great worker. Thanks for the great experience Nathan. I very much appreciate it. I always make it a point to take the time to make sure every person who does a great job is reviewed well because we all know bad experiences spread more than the good ones.
