Furnace was 26yrs old it was time to replace it. Got a few quotes and Terry Allen was one of the reasonable prices for a new furnace and AC. Dennis and Brennon came out and replaced the Furnace one day so there was heat so the wife was happy and the next day the AC. They were both professional and respectable and polite. The technicians went above and beyond to install the system and answered every question I had with knowledge. I would highly recommend Terry Allen Plumbing & Heating to everyone I know.
We had Walter come out for an estimate on the 12th and was told we would receive an email with the estimate by the next day but did not receive it at all and it is now the 19th and I have called about the estimate just about every day because my family really needs the work done for our bath and always told that Walter will contact me, I even was sent to his voicemail and left a voicemail, and now I call for the last time today and told the same thing and that he will not be in for a few days. This is just terrible service, we wanted to get work done by Terry Allen because we were referred to by family but they don't seem serious about the work they do. Would not recommend. Waste of time.
I received very poor customer service and the plumbers were two hours behind. They were scheduled to come out between 12p and 3p. At around 2:50 pm, I called the company to see if they were en route. I spoke to two women and both were rude. One of them yelled at me and said the plumbers were still servicing someone, they will be out to my home whenever they finish up and they didn't need to speak with me because I didn't own my home. The plumbers showed up around 5 pm to install a new garbage disposal. Shortly after they left, I turned on the garbage disposal only to hear a loud grinding and clanking noise. I ran out to my driveway as they were getting into the truck and told them about the noise. They replied, “Garbage disposals are supposed to make noise” and asked if I ran water in it like I was a child. They came back in to assess the problem and realized they had done something wrong. I didn't exactly enjoy my experience with this company.
Great customer service. Just mistake made on price. Terry Allen took care of plumbing issues and price issue.
The person that come to the house was so sweet and caring. The company worked extremely fast to get a new furnace in for my handicap husband.

Ben O and Brennan are absolutely fantastic. Ben was sent to our home to repair our old furnace that stopped working. Turns out that our unit was too old for repair. Ben was very helpful by informing and assisting us with getting financing to purchase a new unit. Then returned with Brennan to install the new furnace once it arrived. They were both very professional, kind and courteous. I would give them a 10 star rating if I could. I highly recommend calling Terry Allen for any of your heating, cooling, or plumbing needs. Fast service
Terri Allen is fantastic. Our plumber Chad did an excellent job with his helper Christian. I highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs. They are so professional and so very polite and friendly. Please give them a call you will not be disappointed. Honest, reliable and reasonably priced.
Very nice people at Terry Allen's but unfortunately they are alittle higher priced. They used to accept Low income department of social services voucher work but are no longer accepting it. I used them in the past for water heater installation and they were prompt and did quality work.

Just found out they stopped selling to walk in customers. Glad I didn’t buy a furnace with them, I couldn’t even get a filter from them.

Hi, I live in California and have a vacant home for sale in Flint. I called Terry Allen to have a tec. go out and check the thermostat because it was difficult to for my agent to operate. Tec. was on time and very helpful and showed my agent how to adjust it. Then checked out the heater. He found the heater burners were clogged with a lot of dust, hairs and debris. He did a super job on the cleaning. He was very professional and only charged me for the cleaning on the heater and waved the trip fee. How great is that! I was so happy with the work and a great family business that you can count on. 5 stars for this family business and their technician! Jennie L. Colmer
I have always had good service from Terry Allen Plumbing and Heating. The technician, Dennis, explained everything to me so that I knew exactly what was wrong and what he was doing to fix my furnace. He got it running and we had heat. I know my furnace is on it's 9th life...Dennis also explained to me about getting a new furnace installed....hoping my old faithful lives until Spring😊
Terry Allen did outstanding work installing a tub for us. The entire process from estimate to final payment was simple, and everyone I dealt with at the company was professional. The actual work was done with attention to detail and completed on schedule. Highly recommended!
Tech came out and said he couldn't take care of problem. Charged us $89 service fee and recommended American Sewer. American Sewer came out the next day and fixed the problem but also said Terry Allen Plumbing could have fixed it. Urgg. Only fortunate part is that when confronted, they said they would tear up our ck pmt.
When I called to have the stems replaced on my tub faucet, so they knew it was a pluming call. The service guy showed up and had no pluming parts on his truck. He was at my house for a total of 10 minutes, said he had to run back to the shop to see if they had the parts. He was gone for about an hour, when he got back he said it would be $446.00 to replace the stems and handles( you can get a whole new faucet for $100) . When I told him no thank you I was charged a $90 service call. My question would be what service did I pay for. The guy was there less then 10 minutes, . So I paid for him to drive back to his shop when they knew it was a pluming call, and not have any pluming parts on the truck and then to give me a ridiculous price. I DO NOT RECOMEND EVER USING THIS COMPANEY !!!
