Rude gammy old bag secretary needs an attitude adjustment
I highly recommend them. They were knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. The install crew was courteous and cleaned up after themselves. I feel I got a fair price for the work involved. Considering they had to add some new duct work as well as a new furnace and AC unit.
04-17-2023, Kay set me up to have a new toilet installed and shower gaskets replaced. Kay got all the things I wanted over the phone perfect and was pleasant as can be, especially dealing with all my specifics. Kay is a Customer Service Superstar, thanks again Kay. Just had new toilet installed and new gasket installed in my shower by Gary. Everything not only works great but looks great. Fantastic job Gary, without a mess thank you! 12-13-2021, I had a new furnace installed by Jim's crew at P&H and I couldn't be happier! The guys that installed the heating system worked like an orchestra. It took them alot less time than I thought it would. It's four days since the installation and it's still working beautifully and quietly. / (2 years ago); I had two issues on the same day. My mother's furnace was out and I had a major water leak in my bathroom. Jim at P&H sent Jeremy to my mother's and he fixed that problem and then he came too my house and fixed my plumbing issue. What a fantastic experience and a great company. A company is only as good as their people. Thank's Jim and Jeremy you are my angels

Definitely recommend! Responsive, professional, & courteous. Excellent work and communication. Tucker and Keegan installed a 2nd floor laundry for us in Flint Township. It's looks GREAT, works perfectly. Couldn't be more satfisfied. Thanks also to Bob for your excellent service!

You're kidding me rightYou can buy these parts at the hardware store I'm not an idiotI've been around construction business all my lifeSaw your response even confirmed my Review do not use this company. I'd like to give a shout out to P & H for helping me with furnace issues. I called at 8am and everything was handled by 11:30am and my heat was back on. Pete was professional and explained everything well to me.

Last week our central air conditioner went out in our house which resulted in us needing a new condenser and a new furnace. I have never been more pleased with the service I received from a company before. Within 5 minutes of calling the company one of their owners called me back within 30 minutes and said he would have his team out to install my new system first thing in the morning. They were here at 8:30am with a whole team of people there do to my install! The men that came out to my home were very professional and took the time to explain my new equipment. I highly recommend them for all your heating and cooling needs!!

They came highly recommended but they never followed through, setting an appointment for a new boiler after THREE calls. Can't really rate them but if this is an indication... Couldn't even call to set up an appointment in the future. Waited two weeks so went with someone else who also gave us a FREE estimate. Just a 2 minute phone call would have been nice.
I am so happy with the service provided by P & H. My boiler stopped working and I was having a hard time to find someone who serviced them. Ashley got me worked into the schedule, and Pete, my serviceman, was so knowledgeable and walked me through what needed to be done. He was very thorough and I am grateful for his help to multiple issues I was having.
They have been working with my family since the 1960s. Now that I own my home, they are doing excellent work for me. Crazy good furnace hot water heater vented to side of house. Thank you!!!!

They told me that I would be better off to go to one of the big box stores for a garage furnace.WHAT! Because the big box stores would do it for less. I have a brain and I can decide after the estimates where I can go. And I never stated I was looking for cheap , I was looking for quality, and trying to use a local family owned business.
I've been using P&H for years, they're the best in the business. All of their employees are knowledgeable and respectful. They come when they say they will and get the job done right the first time.
