Jeremy came over to fix my unit but now I have more issues. My mom paid him and we talked to Ken before he died and he said we would send someone else but that never happened. This place is horrible. Never gonna hire them again.
These folks were very very helpful and with a little bit of assistance getting a part I needed I had my furnace back up and running the same afternoon. Thank you very much, I will send you as many people as I can!
Mr. Hardin went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Jeremy and Chris were very pleasant to work with and explained everything to me. The ladies in the office were great, too. Thanks everyone!!!
Not worth hiring a company that supports drinking and driving and allows their employees to do so.
Jeremy was out to take care of a leaking pressure relief value on our hot water heater. Very fast, friendly and professional. They have our business going forward for sure.
This place is a lifesaver. Had a bad inducer motor on my furnace and Holland Heating tried to charge me a grand to replace it. I called Ken Hardin (Renee is a delight to speak with), Adrian came out, replaced in 10 minutes, $200 total. He went right to work and didnt waste any time to try to push the bill up. A great and honest company and they will definitely have my business in the future. Thank you guys!
I've had numerous other companies out to work on my furnace, and all of them, including other local Lennox dealers, told me it was time to replace my old pile of junk. John the technician, was very knowledgeable of Pulse furnaces and assured me that this was a very fine machine with plenty of life left in her as long as I kept up on the filter. He was quick and courteous and wanted me to know all charges before he proceeded. The rates seemed high, but quality (obsolete) parts and service are expensive. If you own a Lennox Pulse furnace, don't call anyone else!
Was referred by a previous customer and they were not wrong, I received nothing but excellent service! I went in to see if they had a part for my furnace and not only did they have it, a gentleman tested my old part to ensure I needed the new one! Top notch people that I will continue to do business with.
Good company. Honest, get the job done and fair pricing. *edit* A week later our furnace had the same diagnostic problem that was repaired. When my husband looked in the furnace parts weren't tightened properly and water was dripping. This was a part of the furnace the technician worked on. We have used this company in the past and dis not have issues with quality of work. Hopefully, the furnace doesn't have that diagnostic code again!
Aaron the service tech, fixed our heating fast and efficiently. I asked him to wear booties in my house, and he did!!! That made me appreciate his customer service even more. Also came out the same day. Very pleased. Ty!

I've known Ken for years. Many times I can find a used part that he has in his stock room for half price or better. They are very friendly people and eager to help you.

Kept my air conditioner 7 weeks. Did nothing to it. Charged me $40. They said they called. No such record or voicemail. I checked in person twice. No work was done. No refund of deposit. 7 weeks!!
Technician is unprofessional and incredibly rude to customers at their own home. Admitted he ignored our first request put in 3 weeks before and plans to ignore anymore from my landlord. Insulted his co-workers and then me. Lost our business because of 1 employee being extremely rude.
I called Ken Harding's Heating and Cooling for an estimate, one of his Representatives showed up at my house without a mask I asked him if he had a mask he said no I told him I wasn't comfortable with that he turned around and left without an apology without asking if he can make another appointment and come back with the mask so obviously this company doesn't care about our health.
DO NOT USE COMPANY IF YOU LIKE TO KEEP YOUR MONEY. They've been called out to my home FOUR TIMES in the last 90 days, just for my furnace to continuously go out. Everytime was a different issue for which I had to pay for because they did not diagnose properly the first time. THEN HAD THE AUDACITY TO TRY TO CHARGE ME FOR THE SERVICE CALL AGAIN, EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE HERE THREE WEEKS AGO. I regret using this company. 4 times to my house and my furnace is still out.
Not only was mr Hardin handy and helpful his prices were excellent. He worked so hard and fixed our water heater when we called in overtime. He treated us fairly and extremely polite. Jeremy the tech guy was just wonderful, while mr Hardin was resilient and strong and priced us fairly. I would recommend him too you and I would use him again. Best heating and cooling in Flint.
Thank you Ken Hardin. I needed a part for my older furnace and you looked at it and knew exactly what I needed. You gave me advice and recommendations on how to hook it all up, and it was good advice. Everything seems to be working as it should. I had went to a half dozen other companies prior to yours. One company had the right part but couldn't tell me how to wire it. When I asked you it just rolled off of your tongue and the answer was simple and easy to understand. So I am very pleased with your customer service and highly recommend your company. Thanks again I am enjoying having heat again.
