Almost got ran over the road by one of these guys today while driving lol
Had a semitruck blocking the entire nortbound lane on m15 while they unloaded pallets for a private residence. Didn't know they were authorized to just shut down traffic whenever they pleased
I only use them I got a new furnace they fixed my mini splits. They are very trustworthy
Came out on a Saturday morning and replaced my water heater. They did an exceptional job for a reasonable price. Couldn't ask for anything more.
Goyette had to do a few things at my house this past month including plumbing, electrical, and work on my geothermal. Everyone who was involved was extremely proficient at their craft and got everything running beautifully. Zak takes time to explain what's going on and is very passionate about his work. Expect the job to be done right!
Dave came out to diagnose my boiler on a service call after hours and came back to fix it once parts had arrived. He was wonderful and professional. The company as a whole was nothing short of great to work with and I would be happy to use them and refer them for future needs. Thanks Goyette! On Christmas Eve Power went out at my residence. Hours later when Consumers restored power it blew the furnace transformer prohibiting my furnace from turning back on. It was cold. I noticed a Goyette truck at my neighbors house fixing the same issue. Once the Goyette technician, Coby, was done at my neighbors, I flagged him down. I find out It was the technician’s, Coby’s, day off but he was working on Christmas Eve to help another co-worker that was slammed with service calls. Coby without hesitation agreed to look at my furnace issue. Within 30-45 minutes Coby had my furnace working again. Jayden the tech was very professional, admitted he couldn't do magic. Situation with main water pipe was serious, he worked on pipe in just a few minutes, put new piece in. He did work magic and wasn't costly. I was expecting a bigger bill! Always call goyette for heating and plumbing!!!!!!

I had two experiences with this company one very positive and one negative. I am choosing to leave this review on the positive, as the experiences were two different people. The tech Cody that came out to my house was awesome. He was experienced, hard working, empathic, on time, and worked with integrity. Although the news he had to break to me about my furnace was not good and expensive to me in my pocket book I had no problem paying my bill. Be more like Cody.
Detect that came out and fix my furnace she was really good she seemed to know what she was talking about and she did a real good job

My Rheem tankless water heater was flashing an error code and not producing hot water. I called 15 places and most wouldn’t service Rheem, a tankless water heater, or they were 4-5 weeks out. Patrick from Goyette was out 4 hours later and had hot water running. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Patrick was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I highly recommend!!
Could not be happier with the work Matt and Ethan perfomed today. They showed up on time, kept me updated through the install, and left my house cleaner than before. Thanks again Goyette for the new furnace and AC system!
From sales to the install team, the experience with Goyette was great. They were quick to quote and quick to schedule the install. The techs stayed late to complete the installation in a day and did a great job.
Our laundry tub pump failed so my wife called Goyette Mechanical. After they repaired the pump, we realized there is about 6 inches of standing water in the laundry tub after every load. We never had any left in the tub with the old pump. After seeing this, I researched the pump they installed and found out they charged us over $100 more for the pump than what the same model is at Home Depot and several other online sites. I have no problem paying for their time to fix the issue and for the service call fee but I feel scammed that they are trying to make money off the parts. I left a message with Goyette Mechanical to see if they would come back out to fix the issue and never heard back from them. So obviously they don't back their work.
