They were very professional and responsible. I had a furnace that was converted from coal to gas. It was a giant octopus. Although the work was done this past winter. My new furnace was great, and I had a warranty. It made so much of a difference. At least two of my rooms weren't getting heat before. My heating bills decreased. Yes, I would recommend them to my friends and family.
I have used them before. That is why I called them again. Always professional.
My furnace stopped working Monday 12/19- I contacted A & S & Sons and they had a tech out to my house first thing Tuesday morning, and a brand new furnace was installed by Wednesday morning. I cannot thank A&S and their techs enough, for how responsive and professional they are. It’s a great feeling knowing that I will have heat before the winter storm hits our area!!! Thank you again A & S !!!
Very unprofessional We had an appointment and never showed up,I called and was not even put on the schedule for an appointment for today. They were supposed to try to get someone out for our hot water heater they did not call me back, when I called them back 10 minutes later it went to the after hours phone number and I left a message I got a call back and got told that they couldn't come out until tomorrow very poorly handled. We got ahold of someone else they were here within 15 minutes after I called them. 20 minutes after another company can over to fix our hot water heater it's working great.
Called 2 weeks ago for them to service a tenants boiler, tenant called and said they have not heard from A&S. Called A&S back and they had someone out in 20 minutes and totally resolved the problem. They're human for dropping the ball but I appreciate them clearing their schedule to resolve the issue. Good business.
I contacted A & a &sons they came out and put an Condenser on my furnace. About 2-3 weeks later I had to turn on the heater and nothing happen. So I called them back and they said our warnenty for labor is (1) month. So I had to call another company because they said they would talk to owner. They were upset because I left a not favorable review. I mean they do good work but do not stand behind their work. This is a professional company it only is good business for a company to return calls. The work they do is good and fast, but make a public note that they only give you 30 says warranty on labor. I went through the state of Michigan to get it fix and I let them know also that when I called them backnthey refuse to.come back.. I heard a lady in back ground saying he left a bad review and I recorded the whole conversation in case I need it. ( the secretary told me ( quote I will talk to the owner and see if he will send somebody out ) still no one. So that's why I had to call another company. Again they do excellent work. -but just don't stand behind their work at least with us. We want to be treated the same way you treat people who leave you a good review. It is our right to leave a good or bad comment. This was not a bad review but an honest review. So for me I will not use them again. My parents used them for years -why could I not get the same treatment as you gave them. So now you lost (2) customers just because ) YOu said you CONTACT ME BACK AND YOU DID NOT. Honestly goes a long way with me
They are reasonable price wise, and very efficient with their installation and follow up. I HIGHLY recommend them.

My parents used A&S for years. So I called them when I had no heat. Dave is a great guy. Made the repairs and did some preventative maintenance as well. Highly recommend.
Very unprofessional. They came and stated my furnace needed a limit switch, they did not have one and needed to order it. They ordered it came back to put it own and left right after, after ten minutes the heat was back blowing cold. I called several times to inform them of this and still till this day I have not gotten a response.

After dealing with several other companies, we have built a relationship with A & S Heating that has lasted over a dozen years. They are fast, friendly, fix only what's needed and I refuse to call anyone else for our commercial boilers.
