Zack Smith. Did absolutely fantastic. Kind, Helpful, Understand, Super down to earth and Chill. While also teaching some of the basic stuff. 1000/10 earns all the praise he gets. Because of him whenever I have an issue like this again I know who I'm clawing and what company. THANK YOU ZACK. He has even turned me on to looking into to doing HVAC for work. Couldn't be happier.
Originally came out to troubleshoot ac not working. Showed me what was wrong and discussed my options. We agreed to install new furnace and ac unit. They scheduled the appointment arriving on time and removed the old unit and installed the new one. Everything looks very professional and I’m happy thus far with their services.
I've heard great things about the company. It was recommended to me by friends and family. I had a very nice guy come out and do a system check up as it was a new home. This went great! He was very nice and explained everything in good detail. Even showed me how I could maintain the AC myself! I would definitely recommend this company for servicing existing units. The problem for the low * comes after. I knew I am going to be needing a new system soon, as it's over 15 years old. So I also had someone come give a quote. $15k-$25k for a 1300sqft home... are you kidding me? I get that some additional work would need to be done for my unit as some plumbing needs to be moved, but this seems far fetched. And that's just for unit replacement and no/little duct work done... I'm not sure if I just got caught on a bad day or there is something special that somehow makes my project way more expensive than I think it should. I also got the feel that the guy didn't want the project. Nothing was discussed about the breakdown of the cost and it was just a frank quote with no options and he seemed kind of in a hurry. I was curious about different options, such as heat pumps/mini split systems, but I was so taken aback by the high quote that I was too shocked to ask about it. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt and say there must be some reason for this crazy quote. But only time (and maybe a response/reply) will help me understand!
My technician Ken was on time, professional and diagnosed the bad capacitor issue quickly. He took time to explain and show the part which I really appreciate. This company is my GO TO from now on! Thanks Superior! Keep up the excellent work!
Highly recommend Superior Comfort for you HVAC needs! I needed to have a new furnace and AC installed. They were reasonably priced for the job. From start to finish they were amazing! Donald and Ricky were my technicians. They did an amazing job and didn’t rush the process given it was a Friday to a holiday weekend. Kept me informed along the way and walked me through their work when they were finished. They educated me on the maintenance and answered all my questions politely. I can’t thank them enough I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family!
Install my furnace a d AC about 9 yrs ago. Haven't had a problem. Dependable. Haven't really compared prices. I just call them.
Very professional company. Tony was great! They got me in quick- fixed a few minor issues and let me keep this old AC running a bit longer. When it’s time for a new one I will be contacting them for sure!

Donald W & Ricky O did great work! They were on time, professional, efficient and left the work area so clean. They replaced both our AC unit & furnace and moved the hot water tank in just over 1 day! We would definitely recommend.
Timely, professional, honest, and kind. Beat out other quotes I got. Better warranty on the units we went with compared to other quotes. Had a whole home system replaced and it’s amazing. Took a week to turnaround a quote to install. Install was a bit complicated and took 2 days, but the installers did great work. My installers, Tyler and Rudy were outstanding. Very pleased with the work. They took pride in making it look like a high end professional install. No corners cut. Bryan quoted us the system and he did great also. No hassle and understood our needs. System works great. Bryan even text back and forth in off hours to make sure we were getting what we wanted. Financing was a breeze. I highly recommend Superior Comfort.

Ricky, Justin, and Donald did a great job installing my new HVAC system. They were professional and courteous, and finished the job in one day when I was given a time frame of a day and a half. They did a great job explaining the ins and outs of the new set-up and walked me through the details. Fair market price for whole job. Would recommend!
