Yesterday morning my furnace stopped working around 630 AM. I called the office as soon as they opened. Within a few hours someone was here working on my furnace. I did not catch the names of the two guys that came, but they were awesome and explained exactly what was going on and didt hesitate to show me the breakdown of the parts/labor costs. I had to call the office to set up a payment plan for the repair and I spoke with Rhonda. She is just as awesome and professional as the two guys that were at my house. She had no problem with the payments that I was capable of making. I am a disabled veteran so this was extremely important to me to be able to do it this way. Installation of the new parts took less than 40 minutes and we had a working furnace again. I was given a veterans discount without even asking for one. I have nothing but good things to say about this company. Quick response, veterans discount, friendly and professional and they service FUEL OIL FURNACES (which is hard to come by these days). Long story short, great company and Great group of people!

After waiting 3 weeks without heat, we went with another company. Deer season came first for this guy. They simply didnt care. Straight up lied to us twice.

Williams Heating came to repair our boiler ( used for heat and hot water). The service tech. refused to wear a mask even when my husband advised him that an immune compromised person is in the home. He was here less than 5 minutes & said he would not work on our boiler due to incorrect installation issues. We waited 4 days for another company to come. The 2nd company LISTENED to my husband explain what was wrong & then he proceeded to fix it. He indicated there were no issues with our installation. Williams' service tech simply refused to listen so he did not understand what was wrong & didn't know how to fix it. Do not recommend this company for elderly people or immune compromised as they will not wear a mask. During these times, that is just not acceptable.
Had the fire department at my house at 8:00 a.m. due to carbon monoxide leak had nowhere to go they aired my house out turned my heat off told me to contact Williams heating Brent came out never asking for a payment up front assessed the situation had my part in that I needed for my furnace within a day and a half and had it installed made my payment went about life they didn't make a stressful moment even more stressful and got the issue taking care of promptly with care they have my business for life.
The service man was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and completed the inspection and service quickly.
This is a great company. Three years ago when it was real hot and humid we moved to another home and it had no ac. All the stores were sold out of window units. I called Williams and explained I have a health issues and couldn't take the heat very well. They came out and seen what they needed, ordered the ac and parts and was installed in a week. Its been working flawlessly until a few days ago. I called Williams again as soon as they opened ( 7 or 8 am). They had a man out before noon and had it up and running fast. If you looking for a qualified company them Williams heating and cooling is the one to pick.
My home has a boiler from Germany and no one could fix it. Williams heating has gone above and beyond by studying up on it. Financing was greatly appreciated during the coldest part of winter. I highly recommend. Thank you for your time Williams.

Called to get a new AC installed after our previous AC began to fail us. Promptly got an appointment and had it installed. Had water leaking out the AC Friday night (not due to their installation/product) and they quickly showed up and fixed it. Wore masks without having to be asked, took their shoes off at the door. Highly recommend them to others.
Woke up at 4am today to find the furnace out and nothing I did would kick it on. Looked up companies in the area but most of them seemed very upsell "let's schedule a consultation" and I just wanted heat. Left a message for William's around 430am, got a call right at the start of business with an 11:30 appointment available. Then they called around 10 to let us know they were ahead of schedule. The guys who arrived were polite and wore masks without me having to ask. Diagnosed the issue, had the part in the truck, and had it fixed by 11:30 for a very reasonable price. Thanks again!!
