Very fast and professional service. I came home after work to discover my furnace had quit working and Jimmy arrived soon after I called and got it repaired and working within a half hour.
I am unsure the name of the technician, he told me more than once, I believe he said Zac, he was on time, professional, caring, thorough, explaining as he goes along.
Mike and Logan installed our new furnace today and they were so pleasant! They found a firehazard from the previous furnace installers in the wires and fixed that up for us! We have heat now and are beyond happy!! 10/10 will be recommending SAMS to anyone we hear with furnace problems! Thank you SAMS!

Very rude employee. Guess your not allowed to talk in your own home. Yes dude was very rude !!! We bought the extended service for as long as we live in home. Well we will not be using this company anymore !!! Will go with the company that did my water pipe repair. Those employees were very nice and kind and called ahead of time to let us know how far out there were. Gave me the time to get my 2 service dogs settled.
Jimmy was on time, professional and extremely helpful. He repaired the issue at hand quickly and noticed a couple of other little things that he showed me, explained, and repaired. I’d previously used a large area HVAC company that had merged with another, but haven’t had great experiences. This is my first time using SAMs and I’ll continue to use them moving forward.
First, I apologize for not having a photo, but the technicians at Sam's were cordial, clean and respectful of our home. From wearing masks, to keeping their feet dry to not track, to explaining the process to both me and my husband. The time and care that was taken was much appreciated! Another business came by, whose name I won't mention, but the guy said we needed a control board (?) and left. My husband tried several times to reach them with no success and apparently the repair guy called during the time we asked him NOT to call hmmm any ways done with them for good! The technicians cleaned up after themselves even moving the old furnace up and out. You know being senior citizens it seems sometimes we don't get the respect earned or miss out on a lot of things in society. The unfair part is sometimes we are kinda kicked to the curb, so our defenses were up! But I honestly tell you Sam's did an awesome job not only on our furnace, but with giving these seniors hope again. Thank you over and over again Sam's Heating & Air Conditioning whole heartedly!!

We have been using SAMS for our routine maintenance for a few years now. The technicians have always been on time and courteous. No problems with scheduling or having to reschedule. The technicians are knowledgeable and always let us know what is going on with our equipment. Recently, had to have a new furnace installed and the technicians were on time, even a little early and completed the project the same day. Kept us updated throughout the day about the progress and tested everything before leaving. So far, we have not had any issues with our new furnace.
