Meridian came to the rescue when my AC bit the dust over this July heat spell. I did my due diligence and gathered several quotes. By far, my Meridian Salesman Tyler put me at ease with no high pressure sales tactics, just information that helped me make an informed decision. The turnaround for my installation blew me away with a next day install by Ryne and Mike. They were professional, on-time, explained everything before-hand and walked through everything when the job was complete. They made sure everything was up and running as expected before leaving. Thank you Meridian for a job well-done. My home is now comfortable and cool!
Everything went well-- thanks to all-- keep up the good work They installed a dehumidifier in our house. I anticipate the unit will last , so it should also be good value too.

Aaron discovered the cause and resolved a water hammer issue that had been plaguing us for years. Several previous plumbers could not even find the cause.

I've stewed on this review for a while, but the experience with this company felt really off, so I feel that I should share. I called Meridian for a plumbing issue, and the first red flag should have been that I was not informed about the charge for the visit until after the appointment was all booked. By then though, I was committed, so I went ahead with it. When the technician arrived, I outlined the issue; we had multiple sinks draining slowly, so I suspected a clog somewhere in the sewer line. The tech put an auger down one sink, and that seemed to do the trick. The cost though, was very high for such a simple operation, and I didn't like the upsell of the service plan (it seems like a racket to keep you using them). The next day it became clear that instead of clearing the blockage that was a problem, the tech had just cleared a small block which migrated and made a larger block down the line worse. I get that the problem isn't always clear, but when the tech returned, the quoted costs just kept piling up. Now it would be $500 to even TRY to put a camera down a drain, and an additional $400 if he needed to remove and reset the toilet. He also kept telling me how neighbors had had to have their entire kitchen floor ripped up to fix a sewer issue, which in retrospect, feels like a scare tactic. I called another company who did wonderful work, did not upsell me, did not try to scare me, and completely fixed the issue. I don't know how the other branches of this company operate, but I imagine that their costs are just as exorbitant. The whole thing felt 'oily', and I've now learned that if a technician repeatedly tries to convince me how trustworthy they are, they probably aren't. After my experience, I cannot recommend them, and I will not be calling them again.
Aaron knows what he is doing! He was very thorough in explaining what features needed to be done to the plumbing issue of my yard sprinkler system. He was curteous and responsive. I highly recommend him for any plumbing problems!

Kyle was the technician that came out to help fix my sink and tub. He was very knowledgeable and explained what he was going to do to help fix the issues. He was quick and respectful of my time. He made sure my house was back in order before he left. I would highly recommend this company!

Installing a new washing machine, but the water lines were old, corroded, and leaking. Meridian arrived on time, patched the leak, replaced the valves, and completed the installation in under an hour. Friendly, efficient service worth paying for, so we did.
While having a defective faucet replaced at no charge because it was still under warranty, I had another faucet, an aging water heater and sump pump replaced. As with past experience, Aaron, assisted by Jordan were right on time, very pleasant and got right to the task at hand in a well organized and efficient manner with no inconvenience to our, or our dogs' activities. When they were finished in a very timely manner, they demonstrated and explained each new item and answered all questions. I have every confidence that the work was the highest quality and that Meridian will respond promptly to any future service need I may have.
With help from Christine when we walked into the main office recently, we got to speak face-to-face with Chris the Service Manager at The Meridian Company. He quickly understood that we could go in any of three directions to select a replacement for our 23-year-old water heater--installed by Meridian. At his suggestion, we agreed to have a veteran technician come out to our house to help us make a final choice. Aaron, with nearly thirty years of service at Meridian, arrived exactly on time with his apprentice Ethan and quickly assessed what could be done and at what cost. He spoke knowledgeably and politely to both of us and answered every question we had. Once Aaron laid out what our preferences were going to amount to if we purchased a new Navien tankless unit and had it installed, he rolled into action. A new NPE series Navien model was delivered from The Meridian Company's stockroom. An electrician, Jack, from The Meridian Company made sure the electrical work was done properly, and later another electrician, Tanner, double-checked to see that the unit would be powered properly and safely. A few showers and a few dishwasher loads into our new relationship with a tankless, energy-efficient water heater, how happy are we? Beaming-ear-to-ear happy! The water heats up quickly throughout our house. The water temperature is exactly what we had hoped it would be and maintains a consistent heat. The Navien unit itself takes up so much less space in our basement and the new copper pipes gleam. Our old 50-gallon water heater was removed, and the area was left spotless by Aaron and Ethan. So simple to use and so much more in line with our need for energy efficiency, this particular upgrade was only possible with the no-pressure help we received from the team at The Meridian Company. We are, in the spring of 2023, very happy customers.
